Sweet corn soup

 




Sweet corn contains lutein that promotes healthy vision.It is also helpful in weight loss.Sweet corn soup is healthy diet with low calories.This is very easy to cook .

Preparation time- 2 minutes

Cook time-5-7 minutes

Total time- 9-10 minutes

To serve- 2 person


How to make sweet corn soup

Ingredients

. 2 big tablespoon sweet corn(1 boul)
. 1 tablespoon chopped spring onion
. 2 green chillies (finely chopped)
. 4-5 crushed black pepper
. 1 tablespoon corn starch
. Salt as needed
. 1/4 tablespoon butter or oil

Preparation

. Bring sweet corn ,spring onion,green chillies in one place.


. Bring corn starch add 2 tablespoon of water mix well keep this liquid aside.

How to cook sweet corn soup


. Now bring a pan on stove add butter when butter gets hot add sweet corn in it and cover up the pan for 2 minutes then open the pan and add spring onion and green chillies.Mix all ingredients well. Now again cover the pan for 1 minute open the pan add crushed black pepper,salt ,corn starch liquid in it.Now add 2 cup water in it .Cook this mixture for 5 minutes at  high Speed stove.After 5 minutes switch off the stove.Now sweet corn soup is ready to serve.

Poha

 






Poha is light and healthy breakfast famous in Indore, Maharashtra and all over in India.It is very easy to cook .


How to cook kande pohe

Preparation time-5 minutes

Cook time- 10 minutes


Serve to - 3-4 person 


Ingredients

. 250 gm pohe (flattered rice)
. 1/2 tablespoon sugar
. Salt as needed
. 1/2 tablespoon mustard seeds
. 1/2 tsp urad dal
. 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder
. 6-7 fresh curry leaves
. 3-4 green chilli (chopped)
. 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
. 2 medium size onion ( finely chopped)
. Coriender leaves ( garnishing)
. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
.  1 tsp sugar
. Salt as needed

Step 1

. Bring a pan and roast two tablespoon of penuts.


Step 1

. Bring flattered rice ( pohe)in a small pot rinse off pohe and put aside add sugar and salt in it.

Step 2

. Bring 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan when oil gets hot add mustard seeds in it when seeds starts sizzle then add chopped onion ,turmeric powder and green chilli,curry leaves in it stir at medium stove untill onion gets soft.


Step 3

. When onion gets soft and very light golden add pohe in it,mix well add lemon juice and roasted penuts cover pan for two minutes now open pan ,off the stove garnish with coriander leaves.Now kande pohe is ready to serve.

Dal tadka

 


Dal is low in calories and high in proteins. There are many types of dal ,all of which are good for health. Dal reduces heart disease.We can Cook dal in many ways like simple dal,masala dal,dal Tadka,dhaba style Dal Tadka.Now I will tell you how we can Cook Dal tadka dhaba style in easy way.

How to Cook Dal Tadka 

Preparation time-10 minutes

Cook time-15-20 minutes

Served to-4 person


Ingredients

. 1/2 cup tuar (Arhar Dal)
. 1/2 cup mung dal
. 1 tablespoon Cumin seeds
. 1 tablespoon mustard seeds
. 3-4 dry red chilli
. 1/2 tablespoon dry coriander powder
. 1/2 tablespoon garam masala
. A pinch of hing
. Salt as needed
. 2 tablespoon of ghee
. 2 medium size tomatoes (finely chopped)
. 2-3 green chillies (chopped)
. 1 big onion ( finely chopped)
. 7-8 garlic cloves ( chopped)
. 5-6 curry leaves
. Coriander leaves ( garnish)


Preparation

. Bring tuar Dal and mung Dal in pressure cooker,clean and wash them.Now add 2-3 glass of water in pressure cooker ,turmeric powder,salt in it .Close the pressure cooker and put them on stove.Switch off the stove after 2-3 whistle.

. After that open open the pressure cooker .Dal will be cooked.
. Bring all  chopped vegetables at one place.

Step by step process to Cook Dhaba style Dal Tadka

. Bring a pan on stove add 1 tablespoon ghee in it .When ghee starts heated up add mustard seeds,1/2 tablespoon cumin seeds,hing and 2 dry red chilli.
. When all ingredients  in pan starts sizzle,then add garlic in it fry untill light golden.After that add curry leaves, green chillies and onion in it.Stir untill color of onion become change (light golden).After that add red chilli powder, coriander powder,garam masala and tomato in it.Fry for 2-3 minutes.When tomato gets soft ,add pressure cooker prepared Dal in it.Mix well at medium flame.





. Cook for 5-7 minutes.Switch of the stove.Again we will preapre a tadka.Bring a pan add 2 tablespoon ghee in it when ghee heated up ,add 1/2 tablespoon cumin seeds and dry red chilli in it ,stir for seconds.switch off stove add this stuff on Dal tadka.This Tadka will increase the taste of Dal.Now garnish with coriander leaves.This is ready to serve.Serve with rice,zeera rice,chapati.

MUSHROOM MATAR

 

Mushroom Matar is a delicious Indian curry made using fresh mushrooms,   green peas and cashews. It pairs well with any Indian bread , rice and Puri.

INGREDIENTS

➡️ 10-12 big mushrooms ( boiled and remove black parts from it)

➡️ 8-10 Cashew nuts

➡️ 1 bowl fresh green peas

➡️ 2 medium sized Tomatoes finely chopped

➡️ 2 medium sized Onion finally chopped

➡️ 8-10 garlic cloves

➡️ 1/2 inch crushed ginger

➡️ 6-7 green chillies chopped

➡️ 2 tsp mustard oil

➡️ 1 tsp cumin seeds

➡️ 1 tsp black pepper

➡️ 2 cardamom green

➡️ 1 black cardamom

➡️ 2-3 dry red chilli

➡️ 2-3 bay leaf

➡️ 3-4 cloves

➡️ Salt as needed

➡️ 1 cup of water

➡️ 1 tsp garam masala powder

➡️ 1/2 inch cinnamon

➡️ 1 tsp red chilli powder

➡️ 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

➡️ 1 tsp coriander powder


INSTRUCTIONS TO COOK 

➡️ Bring all the chopped vegetables and green peas in a plate ,keep aside.

➡️ Bring cinnamon, cardamom, cumin seeds,black pepper,cloves . Blend once and keep in a bowl.


➡️ Bring a pan on the stove at medium flame,add oil in it. When oil starts heated up add dry red chilli and bay leaf in it. Stir for seconds. Add ginger ,stir for seconds. Add onion,garlic and green chillies in it.

➡️ Stir untill onions become light golden. Now add tomatoes in it. Stir untill tomatoes gets soft. 

➡️ Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder and coriander powder,garam masala powder in it. Add prepare masala from bowl. 

➡️ Mix all ingredients well . Add boiled mushroom, green peas and cashews in it. Mix properly. 

➡️ Cover up the pan for 4-5 minutes at medium flame. 

➡️ Now switch off the flame. Mushroom matar is ready to be served.

Gulab jamun

 




Gulab jamun is a milk based sweet from the indian subcontinent, popular in India.

How to make gulab jamun at home

Preparation time -30 minutes

Cook time- 20 minutes

Total time- 50 minutes

Total serving- 15 person

Course- dessert


Ingredients

. Gitz gulab jamun powder(250gm)
. Sugar 1/2kg
. Milk (1 glass)
. 2 small cardamom
. 1/2 liter vegetable oil 

Preparation

. Bring 5 glass of water in a pan add 1/2 kg sugar in it put this mixture in medium stove for half an hour liquid will become sugar syrup,now off the stove put sugar syrup aside,add Cardamom in this syrup.


. Bring a plate add gulab jamun powder add milk in less quantity then mix well then add milk again mix with hands properly like wheat flour.Do not put for long time make balls from flour quickly.

How to cook

. Bring vegetable oil in a pan heat oil in medium stove, do not heat too much it should be on temperature of 250-300 degree celsious.
. Now make balls quickly add in oil at slow stove.



. Cook balls properly ,balls should be cook probably from inside now separate balls from oil and add in sugar syrup.Now gulab jamun is ready to serve.

πŸ‘‰ 1 bowl spring onions ( chopped)

πŸ‘‰ 1 big onion ( finely chopped)

πŸ‘‰ 15-20 garlic cloves ( finely chopped)/ half for balls and half for gravy

πŸ‘‰ 4 tsp corn flour( 2 tsp for balls and 2 tsp mix with a cup of water for gravy)

PREPARATION

πŸ‘‰ Bring all finely chopped vegetables in a plate.


πŸ‘‰ Now bring chana dal and grind it ,keep aside.


. Now add cabbage, beans,garlic,carrot,ginger,2 tsp spring onions,salt 2 tsp corn flour,all purpose flour ,1 tsp soyaisoya sauce. Mix all ingredients properly.




πŸ‘‰ Now make balls from this mixture.

πŸ‘‰  Now fry these balls at medium flame and keep aside.


πŸ‘‰ Now we will prepare for gravy. Bring 1 tsp oil in a pan on the stove. When oil starts heated up add ginger in it. Stir for seconds then add garlic,green chillies in it ,saute for 30-40 seconds then add onion in it ,do stir fry then add cabbage in it . Fry for 2-3 minutes then add 2 tsp corn flour and soya sauce and vineger. Add salt in it. Add sezwan sauce in it. Mix well properly.
