A super delicious indo Chinese dish that will cater all your snack cravings and leave you wanting for more!

INGREDIENTS
π 1 cup cabbage( finely chopped)/ half for balls and half for gravy
π 1 carrot( finely chopped)
π 1 capsicum ( finely chopped)
π 7-8 green chillies ( finely chopped)
π 1 bowl spring onions ( chopped)
π 1 big onion ( finely chopped)
π 2 inch ginger ( finely chopped)/ half for balls and half for gravy
π 15-20 garlic cloves ( finely chopped)/ half for balls and half for gravy
π 5-6 green beans ( finely chopped)
π 4 tsp corn flour( 2 tsp for balls and 2 tsp mix with a cup of water for gravy)
π Salt as needed
π 2 tsp soya sauce
π 1 tsp vinegar
π 2 tsp sezwan sauce
π 1 tsp oil
π 1 cup soaked chana dal( gram flour)
π 3 tsp maida ( all purpose flour)
π 2 tsp corn flour ( for manchurian balls)
π 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
π Oil for frying
PREPARATION
π Bring all finely chopped vegetables in a plate.
π Now bring chana dal and grind it ,keep aside.
. Now add cabbage, beans,garlic,carrot,ginger,2 tsp spring onions,salt 2 tsp corn flour,all purpose flour ,1 tsp soyaisoya sauce. Mix all ingredients properly.
π Now make balls from this mixture.
π Now fry these balls at medium flame and keep aside.
π Now we will prepare for gravy. Bring 1 tsp oil in a pan on the stove. When oil starts heated up add ginger in it. Stir for seconds then add garlic,green chillies in it ,saute for 30-40 seconds then add onion in it ,do stir fry then add cabbage in it . Fry for 2-3 minutes then add 2 tsp corn flour and soya sauce and vineger. Add salt in it. Add sezwan sauce in it. Mix well properly.
π Now add 2 cup of water and add balls in it.
π Mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes.
π Switch off the flame. Add spring onions in it for garnish.
π Veg manchurian is ready to be served.
