Veg manchurian

 

A super delicious indo Chinese dish that will cater all your snack cravings and leave you wanting for more!

Preparation time - 25 minutes

Cook time - 30 minutes

Serve to - 4


INGREDIENTS

πŸ‘‰  1 cup cabbage( finely chopped)/ half for balls and half for gravy

πŸ‘‰ 1 carrot( finely chopped)

πŸ‘‰ 1 capsicum ( finely chopped)

πŸ‘‰ 7-8 green chillies ( finely chopped)

πŸ‘‰ 1 bowl spring onions ( chopped)

πŸ‘‰ 1 big onion ( finely chopped)

πŸ‘‰ 2 inch ginger ( finely chopped)/ half for balls and half for gravy

πŸ‘‰ 15-20 garlic cloves ( finely chopped)/ half for balls and half for gravy

πŸ‘‰ 5-6 green beans ( finely chopped)

πŸ‘‰ 4 tsp corn flour( 2 tsp for balls and 2 tsp mix with a cup of water for gravy)

πŸ‘‰ Salt as needed

πŸ‘‰ 2 tsp soya sauce

πŸ‘‰ 1 tsp vinegar

πŸ‘‰ 2 tsp sezwan sauce

πŸ‘‰ 1 tsp oil

πŸ‘‰ 1 cup soaked chana dal( gram flour)

πŸ‘‰ 3 tsp maida ( all purpose flour) 

πŸ‘‰ 2 tsp corn flour ( for manchurian balls)

πŸ‘‰ 1/2 tsp black pepper powder

πŸ‘‰ Oil for frying 


PREPARATION

πŸ‘‰ Bring all finely chopped vegetables in a plate.


πŸ‘‰ Now bring chana dal and grind it ,keep aside.


. Now add cabbage, beans,garlic,carrot,ginger,2 tsp spring onions,salt 2 tsp corn flour,all purpose flour ,1 tsp soyaisoya sauce. Mix all ingredients properly.




πŸ‘‰ Now make balls from this mixture.

πŸ‘‰  Now fry these balls at medium flame and keep aside.


πŸ‘‰ Now we will prepare for gravy. Bring 1 tsp oil in a pan on the stove. When oil starts heated up add ginger in it. Stir for seconds then add garlic,green chillies in it ,saute for 30-40 seconds then add onion in it ,do stir fry then add cabbage in it . Fry for 2-3 minutes then add 2 tsp corn flour and soya sauce and vineger. Add salt in it. Add sezwan sauce in it. Mix well properly.

πŸ‘‰ Now add 2 cup of water  and add balls in it.

πŸ‘‰ Mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes.

πŸ‘‰ Switch off the flame. Add spring onions in it for garnish. 

πŸ‘‰ Veg manchurian is ready to be served.
