Aloo paratha





Aloo k Parathe is very famous breakfast in Northern India.It is very easy to cook and yummy in taste.


This is specially known to add taste to breakfast with whatever stuff ( vegetables, curd, pickles or ketchup ) it is eaten with.

How to Cook Aloo k Parathe-

Ingredients

. 4-5 boiled potatoes
. Green chillies
. Coriender leaves(2 tablespoon spoon)
. 1 tablespoon crushed ginger
. 1 big onion (finely chopped)
. 1 tablespoon cumin powder
. 1 tsp coriander powder
. 1/2 tablespoon azwaien
. 1 tsp red chilli powder
. Wheat flour ( 1 cup)250gm
. Salt as needed
. 1 tablespoon dry mango powder/ 1 tsp lime juice
. Oil(2 tablespoon)
. 1 tsp kasuri methi
. 1/2 tsp mint leaves 

Preparation time- 15-20 minutes

Cook time- 20 minutes

Served to- 2 person



Preparation

. Bring 4 boiled potatoes peel them off.Now smashed boiled potatoes properly.
. Add ajwain in mashed potatoes. Add coriander powder, cumin powder then red chilli powder.

. Bring a plate put smashed potatoes in it. Add dry mango powder ,onion, Coriander leaves and 1/2 tablespoon mint leaves, kasuri methi green chilli, crushed ginger,salt in it.Mix well all ingredients.


. Add onions while going to make paratha.



. Now we will prepare dough.Dough should be  very soft not dry.Add little bit salt and 1/2 tablespoon oil while preparing dough.
. Make a medium Bal from dough fill up the ball from potatoes mixture as shown in picture. Make Aloo Paratha step by step process shown in the picture.





. Now bring a griddle(tava) on stove. when tava heated up ,add prepared paratha on it.Add little bit oil on both sides while Sterling.



. Cook all Parathas like this.Now Aloo Parathe is ready to serve.Serve with curd,pickle,or tomato sauce.

Aloo palak

 


This is a curry which contains green soya, spinach, fenugreek leaves, garlic ,and potatoes. All ingredients contains healthy nutritions. Leafy green vegetables contains protein,iron, magnesium, potassium and calcium. It's a very healthy and tasty recipe.


Preparation time - 15 minutes

Cook time - 20 minutes

Served to - 4 person


Ingredients

. 2-3 potatoes ( chopped)
. 15-20 garlic cloves
. 4-5 green chillies ( chopped)
. 200 gm spinach ( chopped)
. 200 gm green soya( chopped)
. 100 gm fenugreek leaves ( chopped)
. 1 tablespoon mustard oil
. A pinch of Hing
. Salt as needed


Preparation

. Bring all leafy green vegetables clean and wash them. Chop them properly. Keep them aside.

 . Bring chopped potatoes keep them in water so that it will not become black.
 . Bring garlic cloves and green chillies at one place.

Step by step process to Cook

 . Bring a pan on the stove,add oil in it. When oil starts heated up add chillies and garlic in it. When garlic become light golden add potatoes in it.
 . Fry potatoes for 4-5 minutes. Then add green chopped vegetables in it . Mix all the stuff. Add salt in it. Cover up the pan for 3-4 minutes. Now open it check potatoes are cooked or not. If not then again cook for 1-2 minutes.

 . Now switch off the gas. Curry is ready to be served. Serve with chapati, paratha or bread.

Tomato soup


 

Soup is a primarily liquid food, generally served warm or hot (but may be cool or cold), that is made   vegetables with stock, or water. Hot soups are additionally characterized by boiling solid ingredients in liquids in a pot until the flavors are extracted, forming a broth. Soups are similar to a clear food.

Here , I am going to prepare easy and delicious tomato soup. 


Preparation time - 5 minutes

Cook time - 10 minutes

Total time - 15 minutes

Serve to - 3 person

Course - starters

Diet - vegetarian

INGREDIENTS

. 6-7 medium sized tomatoes( chopped)
. 1 onion( chopped)
. 3-4 garlic cloves
. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
. 1/2 tsp oregano
. Salt as needed
. 1 tsp sugar
. 1 tsp cream ( optional)
. 2.5 cup of water  /needed for consistency
. Mint leaves for garnish
. 1.5 tsp butter or oil
. 2 bay leaf
. 1.5 tsp corn starch

How to prepare tomato soup

. Bring a pan , add 1/2 tsp butter in it at medium flame. When butter starts heated up add onion, garlic, bay leaf in it . Stir for 1 minute then add chopped tomatoes in it. Stir for 2-3 minutes. When tomatoes gets soft then switch off the flame. Remove bay leaf from this stir ingredients.

. Now blend the stir ingredients when it became cool and keep aside.

. Again bring a pan add 1 tsp butter in it. When butter starts heated up add blend stuff in it.  Add black pepper powder, oregano,sugar ,salt and water in it . Mix well all ingredients. Add corn flour stratch ( corn starch mix with water then add in pan).

. Check consistency ,if water needed then add more.

. Boil for 5-6 minutes then switch off the flame.

. Add mint leaves/ cream while serving.

Sweet corn soup

 




Sweet corn contains lutein that promotes healthy vision.It is also helpful in weight loss.Sweet corn soup is healthy diet with low calories.This is very easy to cook .

Preparation time- 2 minutes

Cook time-5-7 minutes

Total time- 9-10 minutes

To serve- 2 person


How to make sweet corn soup

Ingredients

. 2 big tablespoon sweet corn(1 boul)
. 1 tablespoon chopped spring onion
. 2 green chillies (finely chopped)
. 4-5 crushed black pepper
. 1 tablespoon corn starch
. Salt as needed
. 1/4 tablespoon butter or oil

Preparation

. Bring sweet corn ,spring onion,green chillies in one place.


. Bring corn starch add 2 tablespoon of water mix well keep this liquid aside.

How to cook sweet corn soup


. Now bring a pan on stove add butter when butter gets hot add sweet corn in it and cover up the pan for 2 minutes then open the pan and add spring onion and green chillies.Mix all ingredients well. Now again cover the pan for 1 minute open the pan add crushed black pepper,salt ,corn starch liquid in it.Now add 2 cup water in it .Cook this mixture for 5 minutes at  high Speed stove.After 5 minutes switch off the stove.Now sweet corn soup is ready to serve.

Poha

 






Poha is light and healthy breakfast famous in Indore, Maharashtra and all over in India.It is very easy to cook .


How to cook kande pohe

Preparation time-5 minutes

Cook time- 10 minutes


Serve to - 3-4 person 


Ingredients

. 250 gm pohe (flattered rice)
. 1/2 tablespoon sugar
. Salt as needed
. 1/2 tablespoon mustard seeds
. 1/2 tsp urad dal
. 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder
. 6-7 fresh curry leaves
. 3-4 green chilli (chopped)
. 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
. 2 medium size onion ( finely chopped)
. Coriender leaves ( garnishing)
. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
.  1 tsp sugar
. Salt as needed

Step 1

. Bring a pan and roast two tablespoon of penuts.


Step 1

. Bring flattered rice ( pohe)in a small pot rinse off pohe and put aside add sugar and salt in it.

Step 2

. Bring 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan when oil gets hot add mustard seeds in it when seeds starts sizzle then add chopped onion ,turmeric powder and green chilli,curry leaves in it stir at medium stove untill onion gets soft.


Step 3

. When onion gets soft and very light golden add pohe in it,mix well add lemon juice and roasted penuts cover pan for two minutes now open pan ,off the stove garnish with coriander leaves.Now kande pohe is ready to serve.

Dal tadka

 


Dal is low in calories and high in proteins. There are many types of dal ,all of which are good for health. Dal reduces heart disease.We can Cook dal in many ways like simple dal,masala dal,dal Tadka,dhaba style Dal Tadka.Now I will tell you how we can Cook Dal tadka dhaba style in easy way.

How to Cook Dal Tadka 

Preparation time-10 minutes

Cook time-15-20 minutes

Served to-4 person


Ingredients

. 1/2 cup tuar (Arhar Dal)
. 1/2 cup mung dal
. 1 tablespoon Cumin seeds
. 1 tablespoon mustard seeds
. 3-4 dry red chilli
. 1/2 tablespoon dry coriander powder
. 1/2 tablespoon garam masala
. A pinch of hing
. Salt as needed
. 2 tablespoon of ghee
. 2 medium size tomatoes (finely chopped)
. 2-3 green chillies (chopped)
. 1 big onion ( finely chopped)
. 7-8 garlic cloves ( chopped)
. 5-6 curry leaves
. Coriander leaves ( garnish)


Preparation

. Bring tuar Dal and mung Dal in pressure cooker,clean and wash them.Now add 2-3 glass of water in pressure cooker ,turmeric powder,salt in it .Close the pressure cooker and put them on stove.Switch off the stove after 2-3 whistle.

. After that open open the pressure cooker .Dal will be cooked.
. Bring all  chopped vegetables at one place.

Step by step process to Cook Dhaba style Dal Tadka

. Bring a pan on stove add 1 tablespoon ghee in it .When ghee starts heated up add mustard seeds,1/2 tablespoon cumin seeds,hing and 2 dry red chilli.
. When all ingredients  in pan starts sizzle,then add garlic in it fry untill light golden.After that add curry leaves, green chillies and onion in it.Stir untill color of onion become change (light golden).After that add red chilli powder, coriander powder,garam masala and tomato in it.Fry for 2-3 minutes.When tomato gets soft ,add pressure cooker prepared Dal in it.Mix well at medium flame.





. Cook for 5-7 minutes.Switch of the stove.Again we will preapre a tadka.Bring a pan add 2 tablespoon ghee in it when ghee heated up ,add 1/2 tablespoon cumin seeds and dry red chilli in it ,stir for seconds.switch off stove add this stuff on Dal tadka.This Tadka will increase the taste of Dal.Now garnish with coriander leaves.This is ready to serve.Serve with rice,zeera rice,chapati.
