Shallow fried bhindi and onion with thick amazing gravy. try this for sure🥰
Ingredients
Oil for shallow frying
Bhindi
Onion
Hing 1 tsp
Haldi 1 tsp
Sauf 1 tap
Jeera 1 tsp
Garlic 6 cloves
Green chilli 3-4
Chopped onion 1/2 cup
Tomatoes 2 chopped
Dhaniya powder 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 2 tsp
Salt as need
Garam masala 1 tsp
Chat masala 1 tsp
. First shallow fry bhindi and onion separately.
. Add hing, jeera, sauf in a heated oil. Then add chopped onion .garlic , green chillies . Stir until it becomes light golden then add tomatoes , haldi, garam masala, dhaniya powder, lal mirch powder, chat masala n salt. Cook at low flame until stuff gets soft.
. Now add shallow fry onion and bhindi . mix properly. Cook for 2 min at low flame.
. Now ready to serve.
