Luffa do pyaza-
Luffa do pyaza is a curry made with some masala twists.It is famous in North Indian curry,Do pyaza is very delicious and quick recipe.
About-
Sponge gourd (luffa) is quite lower in immeresed fats as well as calories.It contains high amounts of dietary fiber,some of the health preferences linked to the sponge gourd apperas beneath.It is a blood purifier.
How to prepare for luffa do pyaza-
Ingradients
. 5-6 luffa (sponge gourd)
. 1 potato ( medium size chopped)
. 3-4 medium size onion ( chopped)
. Garlic 14-15 cloves
. Ginger 1 inch ( crushed)
. 2 medium size tomatoes ( finely chopped)
. 3-4 green chillies

. 1.5 tablespoon of mustard oil
. 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
. 1 tablespoon black pepper
. 2-3 cloves
. 1 cinnamon
. 1 star
. 1 star
. 2 bay leaves
. 2 dry red chilli
. 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
. 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder
. 1 tablespoon dry coriander powder
. Salt as needed
. Coriender leaves ( for garnishing)

Preparation time -10 minutes
Cook time - 15 minutes
Total time- 25 minutes

Preparation
. Bring luffa peel off them and cut in round shape, bring potato peel off cut in medium size clean with water so dirt will remove put them aside in water.
. Bring onion,green chillies ,garlic,ginger in one plate keep aside.bring spices and tomatos aside.

. Bring a pressure cooker add mutard oil when oil gets hot add all spices,red chilli in it after ten seconds add ginger when ginger gets light golden add onion , garlic in it stir untill onion gets soft and color of onion become light golden.
. Now add luffa and potato in it now stir for 2 minutes,add turmeric power,red chilli powder, coriander powder in it stir and mix all ,now add tomato and salt in it mix well close the pressure cooker after 2 whistle close the stove now open the cooker luffa do pyaza is ready to serve, garnish with coriender leaves. Serve with rice,chapati,bread,naan.
