How to Cook Sabudana Vada
Preparation time-15 minutes
Cook time-15-20 minutes
Served to- 4 person
Ingredients
. 200 gm Sago(3-4 hours soaked)
. 4 medium size (boiled potatoes)
. 100 gm roasted peanuts
. 3-4 green chillies ( finely chopped)
. 1/2 tablespoon ginger ( crushed)
. 2 tablespoon coriender leaves
. A pinch of hing
. 5-6 curry leaves
. 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
. Salt as needed
. Oil for deep fry
Preparation
. Bring boiled potatoes in a plate, peel them off.Now smashed them properly.
. Bring chopped coriander leaves,green chillies at one place.
. Now bring soaked Sago at one place.
. Bring roasted peanuts in a blender.Blend them 1-2 times,that should not be like powder .
. Now Mix all prepared ingredients in one plate,add salt (if you are cooking for fasting then add senda namak) ,hing,red chilli powder ,ginger in it.Mix well.
. Now make medium round shape from that mixture like given picture.
. Bring a pan on stove,add oil in it.When oil heated up ,add round shape stuff in it at low flame.Do deep fry them .It will take almost 5-7 minutes to fry.
