Chana dal tadka- 

Chana dal tadka is a type of veg,we can try something new in which lots of nutritions.
Now I will tell you step by step process how to make Chana dal tadka veg.

Preparation time- 5 minutes

Cooking time- 15 minutes

Total time- 20-25 minutes

Total serving-3-4 person

Ingredients

. 250 gm Chana dal (1 hour soaked)
. 3 medium tomatoes ( finely chopped)
. 4-5 green chillies (chopped)
. 2 medium size onion( chopped)
. 6-7 garlic cloves( chopped)
. Coriander leaves ( garnishing)
. 1 inch ginger
. 1 tablespoon Cumin seeds
. 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
. 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
. 1 tablespoon garam masala
. 1 tablespoon coriander powder
. Salt as needed
. 2 bay leaves
. 1 cardamon

How to cook

. Bring soaked Chana dal in a pressure cooker with one glass of water and a pinch salt after 3 whistle open pressure cooker and put Chana dal put them aside.

. Bring a pan add 2 tablespoon of oil when oil gets hot add cumin seeds ,bay leaves, cardamom when all ingredients gets sizzle add chopped onion , green chillies stir untill color of onion become golden then add tomatos (chopped) saute them,now add garam masala,red chilli powder,coriender powder,turmeric powder,and salt mix well now add Chana dal mix well cover the pan for two minutes.Now Chana dal tadka veg is prepare to serve.garnish with coriender leaves.We can serve with chapati,paratha ,roti.

Bottle gourd (lauki) dry kofte


Bottle gourd(lauki) dry kofte- 

Bottle gourd is Rich in dietary fibre,both soluble and insoluble.hence it helps in curing constipation,flatulence and it is easy to digest.there are many ways to cook bottle gourd today I am gonna tell you easy and yummy recipe of lauki dry kofte.

Preparation time -10 minutes

Cook time- 25 minutes

Total time- 35-40 minutes

Total serving-3-4 person

How to cook dry kofte of bottle gourd(lauki)-

Ingredients

. 600 gm bottle gourd (lauki)
. 200 gm besan
. Green chillies ( 6-7)
. Onion (1 big chopped)
. Tomato(4 medium size)
. Garlic (6-7 cloves)
. Coriander leaves ( for garnish)
. Ginger (1 inch)
. 2 tablespoon red chilli powder
. 2 tablespoon turmeric powder
. 1 tablespoon coriander powder
. 2 tablespoon garam masala
. Salt as needed
. 1 tablespoon kasturi methi
. 2 bay leaves
. 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
. 2 cloves
. 1 cardamom
. 1/2 tablespoon hing
. 2 tablespoon of oil
. 300 ml oil for frying balls


. Bring one 600 gram bottle gourd peel off then wash and crush it now separate water from it we will use dry crushed bottle gourd for kofte.



. Now add 200 gm besan , 1 tablespoon red chilli powder, 1 tablespoon turmeric powder,salt, pinch hing ,3-4 chopped green chilli , coriander leaves, 1 tablespoon garam masala now mix it properly that mixture should be not very dry nor very liquid,put them aside.





 . Bring a pan add half pan oil now deep fry given mixture in small balls at medium flame,put them aside.



. Bring again 2 tablespoon of oil in another pan when oil gets hot add cumin seeds, cloves,cardamom,pinch hing ,bay leaves when they sizzle add onion and green chillies stir untill golden.Now add tomato  puries and ginger garlic paste in it stir untill pan leaves oil in surface.Now add 1 tablespoon turmeric powder,red chilli powder,coriender powder,and garam masala,salt mix well at medium flame.Now add 1 glass of water boil this liquid for 10 minutes add kasturi methi in it .Add besan lauki balls in it mix well add coriander leaves for garnishing.Now kofte is ready to serve,serve with roti ,naan, chapati.

Sandesh ( Bengali desserts)

Sandesh(sondesh) - sandesh is a dessert, originating from Bengal region in the Eastern part of the indian subcontinent,grated with milk and sugar.

How to make homemade sandesh -

Sandesh is very quick and easy dessert.Step by step process is given below.

Preparation time - 10 minutes

Cook time - 2 minutes

Serving for - 2-3 person

Calories in one piece- 188 

Ingredients

. Fresh Chenna or paneer(1 cup)
. Powerded sugar( or jaggery)(100gm or as     
 needed)
. 1 lemon
. Nutts (for garnish)
. Pinch cardamom



Step 1 - bring 1 liter of milk to boil ,now add 1 lemon to spoiled milk,now separate fresh Chenna from water with the help of white clothes.




Step 2- now beat Chenna for two minutes properly bring a non-stick pan on low flame.add Chenna in it stir it untill thick consistency.Now add powerded sugar and pinch cardamom.


Step 3 - bring upper mixture in plate to become cold when it will become cool roll on to balls garnish with nuts.you can even garnish with tutty fruity.In nutty decoration pista,almon al,saffron we can use.

Gravy potato (aloo) curry

This very common curry but this is very tasty with some spices twist .This is also very famous in North indian food.We can serve this curry with puries,chapati ,naan and rice also.When we get very confuse that what to cook,how to cook then try this delicious and yummy curry.

Ingredients

Vegetables

. 3-4 potato (chopped in two parts)
. 4 medium size tomatoes ( finely chopped)
. 1inch ginger (chopped)
. 6-7 chillies (chopped) 
.onion (2 medium size and one in small size)( chopped)
. Garlic (7-8 cloves)
. Coriander leaves ( for garnishing)

Spices

. 1 tablespoon garam masala
. 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder
. 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
. 1 tablespoon dry coriander powder
. 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
. 1 tablespoon black pepper
. 2-3 cloves
. 1 cardamom
. 2 bay leaves
. 1 tablespoon kasturi methi
. 1/4 tablespoon hing powder
. 2-3 red chilli

. 2 tablespoon of mustard oil

Cooking time -25 minutes

Preparation time -15 minutes

Total time -40 minutes


Steps to cook-

Step 1 - Take all vegetables clean ,cut and take aside.Now first prepare for gravy ,take two medium size chopped onions ,garlic, black pepper,cumin seeds,cloves, cardamom in blender now blend them like paste keep in a bowl .Now we will prepare tomato and ginger paste put aside.






Step 2- Now take oil in a pan when oil become heat add potatoes in it do deep fry and put aside.

Step 3- Now we will add cumin seeds ,hing,red chilli,bay leaves stir them untill sizzle,now add one
 chopped onion and green chillies stir untill color of onion become Golden ,now add onion paste which we make in first step now stir it in medium stove untill it shows Golden add tomato Puri ,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,garam masala,dry coriander powder stir untill tomato Puri leave oil in pan now add salt and water in it add fry potatoes mix well now add kasturi methi in it cover the pan for 10-15 minutes after 15 minutes close the stove garnish with coriander leaves.This curry is ready to serve.
