How to cook kande pohe
Preparation time-5 minutes
Cook time- 10 minutes
Serve to - 3-4 person
Ingredients
. 250 gm pohe (flattered rice)
. 1/2 tablespoon sugar
. Salt as needed
. 1/2 tablespoon mustard seeds
. 1/2 tsp urad dal
. 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder
. 6-7 fresh curry leaves
. 3-4 green chilli (chopped)
. 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
. 2 medium size onion ( finely chopped)
. Coriender leaves ( garnishing)
. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
. 1 tsp sugar
. Salt as needed
Step 1
. Bring a pan and roast two tablespoon of penuts.
Step 1
. Bring flattered rice ( pohe)in a small pot rinse off pohe and put aside add sugar and salt in it.
Step 2
. Bring 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan when oil gets hot add mustard seeds in it when seeds starts sizzle then add chopped onion ,turmeric powder and green chilli,curry leaves in it stir at medium stove untill onion gets soft.
Step 3
. When onion gets soft and very light golden add pohe in it,mix well add lemon juice and roasted penuts cover pan for two minutes now open pan ,off the stove garnish with coriander leaves.Now kande pohe is ready to serve.
