Burnt Garlic Noodles

About

Burnt Garlic Noodles is a Chinese dish. Noodles get a brilliant taste with garlic flavour. We usually prefer to eat chinese in restaurants . But today I will tell you how to cook burnt garlic noodles at home which tastes exactly like the one in your favorite Chinese restaurant.

We can serve this noodles in main cuisine to our guest. Quick and easy recipe.


How to Cook burnt garlic noodles

Preparation time -10 minutes

Cook time - 10 minutes

Served to - 2-3 person



Ingredients

. 250 gm noodles
. 2 green chilli (finely chopped)
. 25-30 medium garlic cloves ( finely chopped)
. Salt as needed
. 1/2 tablespoon vineger
. 1/2 tablespoon soya sauce
. 1.5 tablespoon vegetable oil

Preparation

. Bring a pan with one liter of water on the stove. When water starts boiling then add noodles in it at medium flame. Now cook noodles for 8-10 minutes. Check noodles cooked or not,if not then cook again for 2-3 minutes. Then separate from water. Spread in a plate to become cool.


. Now bring garlic in a plate.
 . Bring chilli in a plate.

Step by step process to cook

. Bring a pan add 1 small tablespoon of oil in it on the stove. When oil starts heated up ,then add boiled noodles in it. Add vineger ,soya sauce ,salt and green chillies in it. Mix all the stuff very well at low flame.

. Now bring another pan ,add 1 tablespoon oil in it. When oil starts heated up add chopped garlic in it at medium flame. When garlic become golden or little bit crunchy then switch off the stove. Add this garlic in cooked noodles. Mix all ingredients well.

 . Now burnt garlic noodles is ready to be served. Serve with soya sauce or sechzwan sauce.

Serve hot taste will be awesome with crunchy garlic flavour.

Tomato Soup

Soup is a primarily liquid food, generally served warm or hot (but may be cool or cold), that is made by combining ingredients depending upon the kind of soup you want to make. Hot soups are additionally characterized by boiling solid ingredients in liquids in a pot until the flavors are extracted.


How to Cook Tomato Soup at home

Preparation time -5 minutes

Cook time- 15-20 minutes

Served to -2 person


Ingredients

. 3 medium size fresh tomato (finely chopped)
. 1 green chilli ( finely chopped)
. 1/4 bowl finely chopped cabbage
. Salt as needed
. Little bit crushed black pepper
. 1 tablespoon corn starch 

Preparation

. Bring all chopped vegetables in a plate. Keep them aside. Bring a small bowl add corn starch and 2-3 tablespoon of water and mix it properly ,put aside.

Step by step process to Cook

. Bring 3-4 bowl of water in a pan on the stove. Now start boiling it. Now add tomato in it.Cook tomato at high flame for 8-9 minutes. Now check tomato if it will cook properly then add corn starch and cabbage ,green chilli in it. Cook all the stuff for 5-7 minutes. Add salt, crushed black pepper in it,mix well. Now switch off the gas.





Note 

. If we think that water is less then we can add water while cooking.

Kidney beans and Soyabean Kabab

Kidney beans contains content of complex carbohydrates and dietary fiber.That is good for lower cholesterol levels in the blood. Kidney beans is good for diabetics, improves memory ,boost energy and powerhouse of proteins.

Soyabean chunks are good source of protein and fiber.
So both of the ingredients are benifical for health.

This recipe is healthy and tasty. It helps in weight loss.


How to Cook Soya chunks and kidney beans Kabab

Preparation time - 10 minutes

Cook time - 20-25 minutes

Served to - 4-5 person


Ingredients

. 250 gm soya chunks (2 bowl)(soaked for half an hour)
. 200 gm kidney beans ( soaked overnight)
. 4 red chilli 
. 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
. 8-10 black pepper
. 1 Cardamom
. Salt as needed
. 2 tablespoon oil


Preparation

. Bring soya chunks, kidney beans and all spices (soaked for 1/2 an hour) in one plate.
. Bring all the ingredients in blender ,blend properly and keep aside. Add salt in it. Mix well.


Step by step process to Cook

. Bring a griddle on the stove spread little bit oil on it at medium flame. Now make medium round shape kabab from the stuff. Put  kabab on the griddle at medium flame.  Cook properly both sides. Add little bit oil on Kabab while Cooking.

 . Both sides cooked  properly then kabab is ready to be served. Serve with rumali roti,paratha,green-red sauce.

Dal Makhani restaurant style

Dal Makhani is heathy and tasty dal recipe. There are a lot of healthy nutrients present in it. We use butter,ghee and fresh milk cream to increase the taste of Dal Makhani.

We generally like to eat Dal Makhani in restaurant. But by this recipe anyone can Cook Dal Makhani at home.

How to Cook Dal Makhani at home

Preparation time - 20-25 minutes

Cook time -20 minutes

Served to -4-5 person


Ingredients

. Black gram skinned ( 300 gm)
. Kidney beans (75 gm)
. 2 tomatoes
. 2 medium size chopped onion
. 2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
. 2 tablespoon purified butter (ghee)
. 2 tablespoon butter
. 1/2 cup fresh milk cream
. 1 cinnamon (1 inch)
. 3-4 green cardamom
. 1 black Cardamom
. 6-7 black pepper (crushed)
. 1 tablespoon of cumin seeds
. 2 bay leaves (tej patta)
. 2 cloves
. 1-2 star
. 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
. Salt as needed
. 2 tablespoon kasoori methi


Preparation


. Bring black gram and kidney beans clean and wash them . Add soaked them for 7-8 hours. After 7-8 hours that gram and kidney beans will be ready to cook.


. Bring a pressure cooker on the stove add soaked gram , kidney beans in it add 3-4 glass of water in it. Now cover up the pressure cooker at medium flame. After 6-7 whistle switch off the gas. Now open the pressure cooker .That black gram and kidney beans will be cooked.

. Now bring all spices in one plate. Bring chopped onion ,tomato puree aside.


Step by step process to Cook Dal Makhani

. Bring 2 tablespoon ghee in a pan on the stove. When ghee starts heated up add all spices in in it . Add chopped onion in it after 10-15 seconds. Stir untill color of onion become light golden. After that add ginger , garlic paste in it. Stir untill color of all the stuff become light golden,then add tomato puree in it. Fry all the stuff untill they leave the surface of pan. Then add one tablespoon garam masala powder in it. Add red chilli powder ,mix all the stuff well.





. Now add cooked gram
 , Beans in it mix well. Add 3-4 glass of water and salt in it. Stir all ingredients for 2-3 minutes then add fresh cream, kasoori methi in it. Cook for 7-8 minutes. This mixture should not be very thick or nor be very liquid. After that switch off the gas. Add 2-3 tablespoon butter in it. Now Dal Makhani is ready to be served. Served with rice,indian bread or chapati.

Veg Momo's

Veg Momo's are fully loaded with vegetables.Vegetables like cabbage and carrots and ginger are good for health.

When I prepare to cook Momo's only use three vegetables those have fully nutritional value.

How to Cook Momo's at home


Preparation time -10-12 minutes

Cook time - 10 minutes

Served to -2-3 person


Ingredients

. 1/2 cabbage 
. 1 carrot
. 1 inch ginger
. White flour (250 gm)
. Salt as needed
. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Preparation

. Bring cabbage and carrots clean and wash them.Keep them aside. Now crushed them and keep aside in a plate.
. Now prepare normal dough from white flour.
. Bring a pan on the stove at medium flame. Add 1/2 tablespoon oil in it when oil starts heated up add ginger, cabbage,carrot in it. Fry for 2-3 minutes. After that switch off the stove. Put all the stuff in a plate to become cold.

. Now make small balls from dough and make thin small round shape. Then fill the stuff in it and make shape of Momo's. Make all Momo's from all the dough.






. Now put all the Momo's in the steamer on the stove at medium  flame. Open the steamer after 10 minutes. Switch off the gas. Now Momo's are ready to be served. Serve with schezwan sauce or green sauce. Taste will be delicious.

How to Cook Corn Pakode


Preparation time - 8-10 minutes

Cook time - 10-12 minutes

Served to - 2-3 person


Ingredients

. 1 bowl corn kernels (250 gm)
. 3-4 tablespoon besan (gram flour)
. 3-4 garlic cloves
. 4-5 green chillies
. Coriender leaves (1 tablespoon)
. 1 inch ginger
. 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder
. 1/2 tablespoon red chilli powder
. Salt as needed
. 1 tablespoon liquid cheese
. Oil to fry

Preparation

. Bring corn kernels,besan in a plate. Add blend mixture of garlic,green chillies,ginger in that plate. Add salt ,red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriender leaves in it. Mix all the stuff. At last add liquid cheese in it ,mix well.






How to Cook Corn Pakode


. Add oil in a pan on the stove. When oil gets heated up, add round shaped stuffs in small size in oil at medium stove. Do not turn off too early otherwise it will start to break. Fry all the stuff same way. Keep fried pakode on tissue paper, so that extra oil gets removed from it .Now pakode are ready to be served. Serve with tomato ketchup.
