Burnt Garlic Noodles is a Chinese dish. Noodles get a brilliant taste with garlic flavour. We usually prefer to eat chinese in restaurants . But today I will tell you how to cook burnt garlic noodles at home which tastes exactly like the one in your favorite Chinese restaurant.
We can serve this noodles in main cuisine to our guest. Quick and easy recipe.
How to Cook burnt garlic noodles
Preparation time -10 minutes
Cook time - 10 minutes
Served to - 2-3 person
Ingredients
. 250 gm noodles
. 2 green chilli (finely chopped)
. 25-30 medium garlic cloves ( finely chopped)
. Salt as needed
. 1/2 tablespoon vineger
. 1/2 tablespoon soya sauce
. 1.5 tablespoon vegetable oil
Preparation
. Bring a pan with one liter of water on the stove. When water starts boiling then add noodles in it at medium flame. Now cook noodles for 8-10 minutes. Check noodles cooked or not,if not then cook again for 2-3 minutes. Then separate from water. Spread in a plate to become cool.
. Now bring garlic in a plate.
. Bring chilli in a plate.Step by step process to cook
. Bring a pan add 1 small tablespoon of oil in it on the stove. When oil starts heated up ,then add boiled noodles in it. Add vineger ,soya sauce ,salt and green chillies in it. Mix all the stuff very well at low flame.
. Now bring another pan ,add 1 tablespoon oil in it. When oil starts heated up add chopped garlic in it at medium flame. When garlic become golden or little bit crunchy then switch off the stove. Add this garlic in cooked noodles. Mix all ingredients well.
. Now burnt garlic noodles is ready to be served. Serve with soya sauce or sechzwan sauce.
Note-
Serve hot taste will be awesome with crunchy garlic flavour.
