How to Cook Tomato Soup at home
Preparation time -5 minutes
Cook time- 15-20 minutes
Served to -2 person
Ingredients
. 3 medium size fresh tomato (finely chopped)
. 1 green chilli ( finely chopped)
. 1/4 bowl finely chopped cabbage
. Salt as needed
. Little bit crushed black pepper
. 1 tablespoon corn starch
Preparation
. Bring all chopped vegetables in a plate. Keep them aside. Bring a small bowl add corn starch and 2-3 tablespoon of water and mix it properly ,put aside.
Step by step process to Cook
. Bring 3-4 bowl of water in a pan on the stove. Now start boiling it. Now add tomato in it.Cook tomato at high flame for 8-9 minutes. Now check tomato if it will cook properly then add corn starch and cabbage ,green chilli in it. Cook all the stuff for 5-7 minutes. Add salt, crushed black pepper in it,mix well. Now switch off the gas.
Note
. If we think that water is less then we can add water while cooking.
