Paneer ( Fresh Cheese) Vada

Paneer is a healthy diet. It contains magnesium, calcium, protein. We can make many recipes from paneer.

In this I will tell how to cook a healthy paneer Vada snack. 


Preparation time - 10 minutes

Cook time - 15 minutes

Served to - 4 person


Ingredients

. 250 gm fresh cheese ( paneer)
. 4-5 green chillies ( finely chopped)
. 1 tablespoon coriender leaves ( finely chopped)
. 1/2 tablespoon red chilli powder
. 1/4 tablespoon crushed black pepper
. Salt as need
. 1 bowl bread crumbs ( 50 gm)
. Oil for deep fry


Preparation

. Bring fresh cheese, mash them properly. Now add green chillies, coriander leaves ,red chilli powder,salt, black pepper in it. Mix all stuff properly. Finely add bread crumbs in it. Again mix well.



Step by step process to Cook

. Make small round shape from prepared stuff. Keep aside.
 . Bring oil on the stove. When oil starts heated up add round shape stuff in it. Do deep fry at low flame. Keep it on tissue paper,so that extra oil will remove. Fry all the stuff same.

 . Now it's ready to be served. Serve with tomato ketchup. It's a healthy snack.

Note- fry at low flame,at high flame it will burn.

Green leaves vegetable

About

This is a curry which contains green soya, spinach, fenugreek leaves, garlic ,and potatoes. All ingredients contains healthy nutritions. Leafy green vegetables contains protein,iron, magnesium, potassium and calcium. It's a very healthy and tasty recipe.

Preparation time - 15 minutes

Cook time - 20 minutes

Served to - 4 person


Ingredients

. 2-3 potatoes ( chopped)
. 15-20 garlic cloves
. 4-5 green chillies ( chopped)
. 200 gm spinach ( chopped)
. 200 gm green soya( chopped)
. 100 gm fenugreek leaves ( chopped)
. 1 tablespoon mustard oil
. A pinch of Hing
. Salt as needed


Preparation

. Bring all leafy green vegetables clean and wash them. Chop them properly. Keep them aside.

 . Bring chopped potatoes keep them in water so that it will not become black.
 . Bring garlic cloves and green chillies at one place.

Step by step process to Cook

 . Bring a pan on the stove,add oil in it. When oil starts heated up add chillies and garlic in it. When garlic become light golden add potatoes in it.
 . Fry potatoes for 4-5 minutes. Then add green chopped vegetables in it . Mix all the stuff. Add salt in it. Cover up the pan for 3-4 minutes. Now open it check potatoes are cooked or not. If not then again cook for 1-2 minutes.

 . Now switch off the gas. Curry is ready to be served. Serve with chapati, paratha or bread.

Rasaze ( mung sprouts curry)

About

Mung beans are a type of pulse that has a good nutritional balance with plenty of vitamins and minerals.

Sprouted mung beans are very beneficial for health. We can use it in salads,pakode,curry.

In this Recipe I will tell that how to cook a healthy curry from mung sprouts. It contains indian cheese,cashew,and mung sprouts and some spices. For gravy we will use onion , garlic,ginger and tomatoes.


How to Cook Rasaze ( mung curry)


Preparation time - 10 minutes

Cook time - 25 minutes

Served to - 4 person


Ingredients

For balls ( pakode)


. 100 gm mung sprouts
. 50 gm paneer ( indian cheese)
. 1/2 tablespoon garam masala
. Salt as needed
. 1/2 tablespoon ghee( butter)
. Hing ( a pinch of)
. 6-7 cashew nuts ( paste)
. Oil for deep fry


For gravy

. 1 big onion ( chopped)
. 7-8 garlic cloves
. 1/2 tablespoon cumin seeds
. 1/2 tablespoon black pepper
. 1 black cardamom
. 1 inch ginger
. 1 big chopped tomatoes
. 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder
. 1/2 tablespoon red chilli powder
. 1/2 tablespoon coriander powder
. 1/2 tablespoon garam masala
. Salt as needed
. 2 medium size glass of water
. 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
. 3-4 green chillies ( optional)



Preparation

. Bring mung sprouts in a bowl. Now blend them properly and keep in a plate. 

 . Bring a pan on the stove. Add ghee in it. When ghee starts heated up add hing then mung sprouts paste in it. Fry for 2 minutes at medium flame. So that paste will become little bit thick .
 . Bring this fried paste in a plate. Add cashew paste,garam masala,salt,and paneer in it.

 . Mix all the stuff properly and keep aside.

How to Cook balls from prepared stuff

. Bring a pan on the stove add vegetable oil in it. When oil starts heated then add 2 balls in it. Fry both side properly. Then keep in a plate. Fry all balls and keep in plate. Do not fry more then 2-3 balls because balls can break so fry 2-3 balls once.

 . Keep all balls in a plate.

How to prepare gravy for balls

. Prepare onion,ginger, garlic paste and keep aside.

. Prepare blend spices from cumin seeds, black pepper, Cardamom. And keep aside.

. Bring oil in a pan on the stove. When oil starts heated up add onion ,ginger,garlic paste in it. Stir untill color of onion become light golden then add spices paste in it. Stir for 2-3 minutes then add chopped tomatoes in it.
 . Now add turmeric powder,red chilli powder and garam masala powder in it. Stir all stuff properly. Cook for 1-2 minutes then add water in it.
. Add salt in it. Cook for 7-8 minutes then switch off the gas. Add green chillies in it.

. Add balls in gravy when you are going to serve. Serve hot. Serve with rice or chapati. It's a healthy curry with some spices twist.

Corn Tikka

About

Sweet corn is very benifical for health. It improves healthy vision. It is high in carbs and packed with fibers, vitamins and minerals. It's also low in protein and fat.

We can cook many recipes with help of sweet corn. Now I will tell Corn Tikka recipe. Corn Tikka is not just a delicious snack to have, but also adds nutritional value for our body.


How to Cook Sweet Corn Tikka 

Preparation time - 10 minutes

Cook time- 10 minutes

Served to - 4 person


Ingredients

. 1 bowl / 200 gm Corn kernels
. 4 green chillies
. Salt as needed
. 1 tablespoon coriender leaves
. 1/2 tablespoon cumin seeds
. 1/2 tablespoon coriender seeds
. 1/2 tablespoon black pepper
. 1/2 tablespoon red chilli powder
. 3-4 garlic cloves
. 1/2 inch ginger
. 1 tablespoon butter
. 1 tablespoon gram flour
. 1 tablespoon corn flour


Preparation and Cook

. Bring a pan on the stove. Add 1/4 tablespoon butter in it. When butter starts heated up ,add corn kernels in it at medium stove. Stir for 2-3 minutes then switch off the gas. 

 . Now keep cooked corn in blender ,add green chillies, garlic and ginger in it. Blend properly and keep it in a plate.
 .  We will prepare for spices. Bring cumin seeds and black pepper , coriender seeds and roast them dry and blend it properly. Now add gram flour,corn flour,salt,red chilli powder, coriender leaves and blend spices in blend corn mixture.
 . Mix all the stuff properly. Make small round shape Tikka and keep aside. Bring a pan or griddle on the stove. When pan starts heated up add little bit butter in it. Spread butter on pan. Now add prepared tikka on it. Cook both sides properly with help of butter. Cook all tikka like this. Now Sweet Corn Tikka is ready to be served. Serve with tomato ketchup or green sauce or mayonnaise.

Spinach Curry ( Palak)

Spinach contains fiber , vitamin A and C. It helps strengthen our bones. It contains folic acid and other nutritions that helps to fight with cancer.

Spinach helps lower damaging protein levels in the blood.


How to Cook Spinach Curry 

Preparation time - 15 minutes

Cook time - 15 minutes

Served To - 4 person


Ingredients

. 250 gm fresh green spinach
. 2 big potatoes ( chopped in big pieces)
. 2 tomatoes
. 1 inch ginger
. 1 big onion (chopped)
. 4-5 garlic cloves
. 1 tablespoon Cumin seeds
. 1/2 tablespoon black pepper corn
. 1 Cardamom ( black)
. 1 tablespoon butter
. 3-4 green chillies
. 1 tablespoon fresh milk cream
. 1 tablespoon kasoori methi
. Salt as needed
. Coriender leaves ( To garnish)
. 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder
. 2 dry red chilli
. 1/2 tablespoon garam masala

Preparation

. Bring fresh green spinach clean and wash them. Now bring them in plate. Boil them for 2-3 minutes. After that remove water from it and keep in a plate.
. Now blend the spinach ,keep aside.

. Bring chopped potatoes in a plate.

 . Bring onion,garlic and cumin seeds and black pepper, Cardamom in a blender. Blend properly and keep aside in a plate.
 . Bring tomatoes,ginger,garlic in a blender,blend them and keep in a bowl.

Step by step process to Cook

. Bring a pan on the stove ,add butter or ghee in it. When butter starts heated up add chopped potatoes in it. Fry for 3-4 minutes add keep in a plate.



. Now add 2 dry red chilli in the same pan ,then add onion paste in it. Stir for 3-4 minutes at medium flame then add tomatoes paste in it. Stir untill all the stuff leave the surface of pan. Then add spinach paste in it.



 . Add turmeric powder and garam masala in it. Mix well. Stir for 2-3 minutes. Then add 2 medium size glass of  water in it. Add fried potatoes and salt in it. Add kasoori methi and fresh milk cream in it.
 . Then cover up the pan for 4-5 minutes at low flame. Then switch of the stove. Garnish with coriender leaves.
 . Spinach Curry is ready to be served. Serve with rice or indian bread.
