Vegetables Noodles

About

Noodles are from Chinese cuisine. There are many types of noodles we can cook . In this recipe I will tell how to cook noodles with vegetables.

When we add Vegetable in noodles taste will increase and health benefits also increase.


How to Cook Vegetables Noodles

Preparation time - 15 minutes

Cook time -10 minutes

Served to - 4 person



Ingredients

. 1 big carrot ( sliced chopped)
. 2 capsicum ( finely chopped)
. 1 small bowl ( spring onion chopped)
. 1/2 tablespoon vineger
.1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
. 1 bowl chopped cabbage ( optional) 
. Salt as needed
. 300 gm boiled noodles
. 4-5 garlic cloves (chopped)
. 2-3 green chillies chopped
. 2 dry red chilli
. 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil


Preparation 

. Bring boiled noodles in a plate. Bring all chopped vegetables in a plate keep aside.

 Step by step process to Cook Vegetables noodles


. Bring a pan on the stove. Add oil in it. When oil starts heated up add garlic ,red and green chillies in it. Stir untill garlic become light golden then add all chopped Vegetables in it. Cook for 3-4 minutes at medium flame. Now add vineger and soy sauce in it. Mix all the stuff. Then add boiled noodles in it. Mix well add salt in it. Stir for 2-3 minutes then switch off the stove 



 . Now Vegetables noodles are ready to be served . Serve with sechzwan sauce .


Dan Dan Noodles

About

Dan Dan is a  noodle dish originating from Chinese sichuan Cuisine. It consists of spicy sauce . It is a traditional Chinese dish.

Basically it is a non vegetarian dish. But in this recipe I will tell that how to cook a delicious vegetarian Dan Dan noodles.


Preparation time - 25 minutes

Served To -2 person


Ingredients

. 6-7 fresh spinach leaves ( boiled)
. 1/2 tablespoon spring onion ( chopped)
. 7-8 garlic cloves ( finely chopped)( burnt)
. Noodles ( 200 gm) ( boiled)
. 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
. 1 tablespoon chilli oil ( homemade / from market)
. Salt a pinch of
. Roasted peanuts ( without skinned)


Preparation

. Bring boiled spinach, spring onion,chilli oil or hot noodles at one place.



. Bring a noodle bowl . First add chilli oil in it. Then add soy sauce and spring onion in it . Now add boiled hot noodles in it. Add spinach ,garlic and penuts in it. Salt is also present in chilli oil if we want more salt then add pinch of salt in it.
. Now mix all stuff properly. It's ready to be served. Serve hot. It is a spicy noodle that will rock your mind.


Note -

We can use homemade chilli oil that will increase the taste of Dan Dan noodles.

Banana Smoothie Recipe

Banana smoothie is a good source of protein. It contains Greek yogurt,dates ,sugar,honey,milk. All ingredients are good for health.

Preparation time - 5 minutes

Served to -2 person


Ingredients

. 3 banana
. 4 dates
. 1 cup Greek yogurt
. 1/2 tablespoon honey
. 1 tablespoon sugar
. 1 cup milk


How to Make Banana Smoothie

. Bring 3 bananas peel them off and chop them. Bring dates and bananas at one plate.
 . Bring Greek yogurt in a bowl.
. Now bring yogurt,milk ,bananas ,dates ,honey and sugar in a blender. Blend properly all the stuff. Smoothie is ready to be served. It's a very healthy and yummy in taste.

Spring onion and Potatoes curry Recipe

How to Cook Onion leaves Potatoes Curry


Ingredients

. 4-5 potatoes ( long sliced chopped)
. 1 bowl or 300 gm onion leaves ( finely chopped)
. 4-5 green chillies ( chopped)
. 1 tablespoon mustard oil
. Salt as needed
. 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder
. 1/2 tablespoon red chilli powder


Step by step process to Cook

. Bring chopped onion leaves, potatoes at one plate.


 . Bring a pan on the stove at medium flame. Add 1 tablespoon of oil. When oil starts heated up add chillies in it after that add chopped potatoes in it. Fry untill potatoes become light golden or cooked. Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder ,salt in  it. Mix all stuff.


 . Then add chopped onion leaves in it .Mix well . Cook for 3-4 minutes at medium flame. Then switch off the gas. Now curry is ready to be served. Serve with chapati or Parathas.

. It's a tasty or healthy curry.

Butter Pav Bhaji Recipe

Pav bhaji is a famous indian street food. That contains mix Vegetables and soft buns. It is quick and yummy recipe with butter loaded.


How to Cook Pav Bhaji at home

Preparation time - 10 minutes

Cook time - 20 minutes

Served to - 5 person


Ingredients

. 5-6 medium size potatoes( chopped)
. 100 gm peas
. 2 carrot( chopped)
. 2 capsicum( chopped)
. 100 gm beans ( chopped)
. 1 inch crushed ginger
. 5 garlic cloves ( chopped)
. 2 big onion ( finely chopped)
. 2 big tomatoes ( finely chopped)
. Coriender leaves ( finely chopped)
. 1 bowl or 100 gm cauliflower ( chopped)
. 1 lemon
. 3-4 tablespoon butter
. Salt as needed

Spices ( Pav Bhaji Masala)

. 1 tablespoon dry coriender
. 1 tablespoon Cumin seeds
. 1/2 tablespoon fennel seeds
. 7-8 dry red chilli
. 1/2 tablespoon black pepper
. 1/2 tablespoon cloves
. 2 black Cardamom
. 1/2 inch cinnamon
. 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
. 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder



Preparation


. Bring potatoes, cauliflower, capsicum,carrot,beans  in a plate and keep aside.

.  Keep all vegetables in pressure cooker on the stove add 2 cup of water in it. Cover up the pressure cooker . Switch off the stove after 3-4 whistle. Open the pressure cooker and separate vegetables from water. And mash all vegetables with masher. Keep aside.



. Now we will prepare pav bhaji masala. Bring dry coriender, cumin seeds,black pepper,cloves, cinnamon, Cardamom,fennel seeds . Roast them dry .Now blend roasted spices properly. Keep them in a bowl




Step by step process to Cook

. Bring a pan on the stove. Add 2 tablespoon of butter in it. When butter starts heated up add ginger,garlic in it at medium flame. After 1-2 minutes add one chopped onion in it. When onion become light golden then add chopped tomatoes in it. Saute all the stuff properly. Add turmeric powder and red chilli powder in it.





 . Now add mashed vegetables in it. Mix all the stuff well. Add prepared bhaji masala ,salt in it. Now add water 1-2 glass . Cook for 3-4 minutes. Then switch off the stove.

. Now bhaji is ready to be served . 

. Now we will bake soft buns with butter on griddle. Both are ready to be served. Garnish bhaji coriender leaves,lemon or chopped onion and butter.
