Sweet corn pakode

Corn contains fibers and it improves health of vision. Corn kernels pakode is a healthy and tasty snack.


How to Cook Corn Pakode


Preparation time - 8-10 minutes

Cook time - 10-12 minutes

Served to - 2-3 person


Ingredients

. 1 bowl corn kernels (250 gm)
. 3-4 tablespoon besan (gram flour)
. 3-4 garlic cloves
. 4-5 green chillies
. Coriender leaves (1 tablespoon)
. 1 inch ginger
. 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder
. 1/2 tablespoon red chilli powder
. Salt as needed
. 1 tablespoon liquid cheese
. Oil to fry

Preparation

. Bring corn kernels,besan in a plate. Add blend mixture of garlic,green chillies,ginger in that plate. Add salt ,red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriender leaves in it. Mix all the stuff. At last add liquid cheese in it ,mix well.






How to Cook Corn Pakode


. Add oil in a pan on the stove. When oil gets heated up, add round shaped stuffs in small size in oil at medium stove. Do not turn off too early otherwise it will start to break. Fry all the stuff same way. Keep fried pakode on tissue paper, so that extra oil gets removed from it .Now pakode are ready to be served. Serve with tomato ketchup.

Cheesy Pasta

Cheesy Pasta is quick and easy pasta recipe. It is fully loaded with cheese , which iteslf is very good for our health.

How to Cook Cheesy Pasta

Preparation time -10-12 minutes

Cook time - 5-7 minutes

Served to - 2 person


Ingredients

. 200 gm pasta
. 1/2 tablespoon oregano
. 1/2 tablespoon peprika/red chilli flakes
. Salt as needed
. 1/2 tablespoon butter
. 2 tablespoon fresh milk cream
. 3-4 tablespoon liquid cheese

Step by step process to Cook Cheesy Pasta 


. Bring a pan on the stove.Add half pan water,when water starts heated up add  raw pasta in it .When pasta gets cooked properly then switch off the gas. Separate pasta from water and keep it aside in a plate.

. Now add butter in another pan on the stove.when butter starts heated up add cooked pasta in it. Now add oregano ,chilli flakes in it. Mix all the stuff properly at medium stove. After that add milk cream in it. Mix well.

. Then add salt in it. After that add 2 tablespoon liquid cheese in it. Mix well. Switch off the gas. Bring ready pasta in a plate add 1-2 tablespoon liquid cheese in it. Now pasta is ready to be served.

SHAHI PANEER RESTAURANT STYLE

About

Shahi paneer is a main course dish from indian cuisine. It is prepared from Indian cheese(paneer) and some spices ,onion ,garlic and tomatoes. It contains fresh milk ,fresh milk cream and cashew nuts which enhance the taste.
All the ingredients which is present in Shahi Paneer is healthy.

How to Cook Saahi Paneer

Preparation time -15 minutes

Cook time- 20 minutes

Served to- 3-4 person


Ingredients

. 250 gm paneer (chop in cubes)
. 2 tomatoes 
. 2 onion
. 6-7 garlic
. 1 inch ginger
. 8-10 cashew nuts
. 1.5 tablespoon ghee
. 1/2 bowl fresh milk cream
. 1 cup or bowl milk
. 1 tablespoon kasoori methi
. Sugar half tablespoon
. Salt as needed

Spices

. 8-10 black pepper
. 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
. 1 inch cinnamon
. 1-2 Cardamom
. 4 small Cardamom
. 3-4 cloves
. 1 star
. 2 bay leaves
. 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder
. 1 tablespoon red chilli powder

Preparation

. Bring one onion and garlic, ginger and make paste. Now keep this paste in a bowl.

. Bring paneer and chop them in a cubic form. keep them aside in a plate.
 . Make cashew nuts, make paste.keep in a bowl.
. Bring tomatoes ,make paste and keep aside.

 . Bring all spices and one chopped onion in a plate.
 . Bring fresh milk cream in a bowl.

 Step by step process to Cook

. Bring ghee in a pan on the stove.When ghee starts heated up ,add all spices in it.Fry all spices and then keep in a plate. After that make paste from that spices.
. Now add chopped onion in a same pan,fry untill color of onion become light golden. Then add onion ,garlic paste in it at medium stove. Stir untill color of paste become change or become light golden. Then add tomato paste ,cashew paste in it.Stir untill all stuff leave surface of pan. Then add spices paste,chilli powder, turmeric powder and fresh milk cream in it. Stir for 3-4 minutes at low flame.






 . Then add milk in it at high flame. Stir fast for 2-3 minutes so that all stuff mix probably in milk. After that add 1.5 cup water in it. Add kasoori methi in it at medium flame. Add salt,sugar and paneer cubes in it .Cover up the pan for 2-3 minutes. Now open the pan cook for 2-3 minutes at medium flame.  After that switch off the gas. Now Saahi Paneer is ready to be served. Serve with rice,naan,indian bread.

VEG BIRYANI

Biryani is a famous mixed rice dish with spicy twists.It is famous in Mughal subcontinent  and Hyderabad along with Lucknow. It is a fully flavored dish. Biryani is in many flavours like chicken biryani,mutton biryani,veg biryani etc.

How to Cook Veg biryani-

Preparation time -15 minutes

Cook time -15 minutes

Served to -3-4 person


Ingredients

. 400 gm long grained rice (Cooked)
. 1 bowl cauliflower (chopped in small pieces)
. 1 capsicum ( finely chopped)
. 2 big onion (chopped in long shape)
. 2 tomatoes (finely chopped)
. 1 inch ginger ( finely chopped or crushed)
. 1/2 bowl peas
. 1 carrot (finely chopped)
. 1 tablespoon ghee or oil
. 5-6 cashew nuts
. Salt as needed
. 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder
. 1/2 tablespoon red chilli powder

Spices for biryani masala

. 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
. 1/2 tablespoon black pepper
. 1/2 tablespoon fennel seeds
. 2 bay leaves
. 1 Cardamom
. 3-4 small Cardamom
. 1/2 inch cinnamon
. 1 tablespoon dry coriander
. 2 star
. 3-4 cloves

Preparation

. Bring all spices in one plate. Roast all spices on griddle.Roast untill the good smell of spices. After that keep all spices in blender. Blend them properly.




. Now bring all vegetables. Clean and wash them and chopped them properly. Then keep them in a plate.
 . Chop one onion and  bring cashew and put them at one place.

Step by step process to Cook


. Bring cooked rice in a plate.keep that rice to become cold.

. Bring a pan on stove,add ghee in it .When ghee starts heated up then first fry cashew nuts, put aside. After that fry one chopped onion untill become dark golden.

. Now add other chopped onion in ghee. When onion become light golden then add cauliflower, capsicum,carrot and peas in it.

 . When all vegetables cooked then add 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder and red chilli powder in it.Mix all the stuff.


. Now add rice in it. After that add salt,2 tablespoon of curd ,blend spices in it. Mix all stuff properly. Cover up the pan for minutes. After that add fried onion and cashews in it. Now Veg Biryani is ready to be served.

How to Cook Sweet Corn Pakode

Ingredients

. 1.5 bowl sweet corn kernels
. 3-4 green chilli
. 1 inch ginger
. 2 tablespoon coriander leaves
. 4-5 cloves garlic
. 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
. 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder
. 2-3 tablespoon besan
. Salt as needed
. Oil for fry

Preparation

. Bring sweet corn kernels in a blender.Blend properly and keep aside in a plate.
 . Now bring ginger,garlic,green chillies in blender,blend them properly.
 . Mix blend sweet corn and blend mixture of garlic,chilli,ginger in a plate.
 . Now add coriander leaves in it.Add besan,red chilli powder, turmeric powder ,salt in it. Mix all stuff well.


 . That mixture should not be very dry or liquid form. If it is seen in liquid form then add little bit besan in it.

Step by step process to Cook

. Bring sufficient oil in a frying pan on stove. When oil starts heated up then make medium size pakode from the stuff.Put that pakode in pan. Fry them at medium stove.When they fried properly both sides.Put them on tissue paper so that extra oil will  be remove from it. Fry all pakode like that. Now pakode are ready to be served. Serve with red sauce or mayonnaise.
