Veg Fried Rice

About

Veg Fried Rice is flavour of vegetables and rice. Easy to cook and delicious in taste. 


How to Cook Veg Fried Rice

Preparation time-10 minutes

Cook time- 20 minutes

Served to- 4 person


Ingredients

. 400 gm rice(long grained)20 minutes soaked
. 2 capsicum (finely chopped)
. 1 carrot ( finely chopped)
. 2 tablespoon peas
. 2 tablespoon chopped spring onion
. 1 inch ginger (chopped)
. 8-10 garlic cloves (chopped)
. 4-5 green chillies (chopped)
. 1 tablespoon chopped beans
. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
. 1 tablespoon vineger
. Salt as needed
. 1 tablespoon oil


Preparation

. Bring soaked rice in one plate. Bring all chopped vegetables in one plate.


. Now first cook rice in open pressure cooker .That cooked rice should not be very hard or not very soft. Spread All rice in one big plate so that rice become cold.

Step by step process to Cook

. Bring a pan on stove ,add oil in it. When oil starts heated up add ginger in it then after few seconds add garlic in it. When garlic become golden then add chillies and  carrot in it. Fry for 2 minutes then add capsicum,peas ,beans and 1 tablespoon onion in it.  Mix all stuff at medium stove.






.Now add soya sauce ,vinegar in it. Add cooked rice in it .Mix all stuff properly.Now add salt and 1 tablespoon spring onion in it. Mix well. Now Veg Fried Rice is ready to be Served.

Chilli Paneer Restaurant Style

Chilli paneer is basically an  Indo Chinese cuisine. In this dish, fresh capsicum and onion green chillis are chiefly present.A flavoured taste is achieved with the presence of fresh paneer in this dish.
Paneer and onion,garlic, capsicum all are good for health and delicious in taste.

Chilli paneer is a tasty starter.

How to Cook Chilli Paneer Restaurant Style

Preparation time- 15 minutes

Cook time- 25 minutes

Served to- 2-3 person

Ingredients

. 250 gm fresh paneer
. 2 medium size onion
. 5-6 green chillies(chopped in long  thin shape)
. 2 medium capsicum(chopped in big shape)
. Ginger 1 inch (crushed)
. Garlic 12-15 (finely chopped)
. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
. 1 tablespoon vineger
. 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
. Salt as needed
. Spring onion (optional)
. Vegetable oil ( 1 tablespoon)
. 1 tablespoon corn flour
. 1 tablespoon white flour(maida)

Preparation

. Bring paneer and chop in cubes,put them aside.
. Now bring capsicum,onion,green chillies,ginger ,garlic clean them,so dirt and dust will remove from it. Then chop them like given in the picture.Onion should be in be layered form.
. Now bring 1 tablespoon maida (white flour) and 1 tablespoon corn flour add 3 -4 tablespoon water and mix well ,put aside.

Step by step process to Cook chilli paneer

. Bring 3-4 tablespoon vegetable oil in a pan on the stove. When oil starts heated up then dip paneer cubes in mixture of white flour or corn flour then add in oil. Fry well .After that put fried paneer on tissue paper so that extra oil will be removed.

. Now add 1 tablespoon oil in another pan when oil gets heated up then add chopped ginger,garlic in it. Stir for seconds then add onion ,green chillies in it.stir for 2-3 minutes then add capsicum in it.Stir for 3-4 minutes properly at medium flame. Now add soy sauce, vineger and tomato sauce in it ,mix all stuff properly.





. Now add fried paneer in it mix well all the stuff. Add chopped spring onion and salt in it .Mix well ,now switch off the gas. Chilli paneer is ready to serve.

Beetroot Healthy Soup

About 

Beetroot are low in calories .It contains fiber,folate and vitamin C.  They are good source of nitrates and pigments they may help in low blood pressure.

How to Cook Beetroot Soup

Preparation time-10 minutes

Cook time- 12-15 minutes

Served to- 2 person


Ingredients

. 2 medium size beetroot (finely chopped or crushed)
. 1 green chilli (finely chopped)
. Ginger ( 1/8 tablespoon or little bit crushed)
. 2 tablespoon sweet corn
. 1-2 garlic cloves (crushed)
. 1 tablespoon corn starch
. Salt as needed
. 1/4 tablespoon butter or oil
. 2-3 crushed black pepper

Preparation

Bring two beetroots abd peel them off.Then finely chop them or crush them. Put them aside in a plate thereafter.
. Bring Sweet corn ,green chilli and ginger and garlic to one place.
 . Bring corn starch a bowl and add 3-4 tablespoon water in it. Put it aside then.


How to Cook soup

. Now bring a pan on stove ,add butter in it.When butter starts heated up,add corn,garlic ,ginger,green chilli in it. Stir for a few seconds then add beetroot to it. Mix all the ingredients well.

 . Now cover up the pan for 4-5 minutes at low flame. After that check if the beetroot is cooked well or not. If not then again cover the pan for more two minutes. After that open the pan add 2-3 cups of water along with salt,black pepper and corn starch in it .Mix all stuff properly. Cook for 5-7 minutes at medium flame. Then switch off the gas. Beetroot soup is ready to be served.

Punjabi Chole

About

Chole is very famous in North Indian cuisine. It is prepared by chickpeas,onion,garlic and some roasted masala etc.

It's a famous spicy food item , which is easily accessible as a roadside food item.

How to Cook Punjabi Chole

Preparation time- 15-20 minutes

Cook time -25 minutes

Served to -4-5 person


Ingredients

. 400 gm chickpeas (overnight soaked)
. 3 medium size tomatoes purree
. 3 medium size onion(chopped)
. 8-10 garlic cloves
. 1 inch ginger
. 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
. 10-12 black pepper
. 2-3 bay leaves
. 2-3 red dry chilli
. 1 cardamom
. 1-2 cloves
. 1 tablespoon coriander powder
. 1/2 tablespoon garam masala
. 2 tablespoon oil(or as required)
. 1 tablespoon ghee
. 1 tablespoon kasoori methi
. Coriender leaves (for garnishing)
. Salt as needed
. 2 tablespoon fresh curd

Preparation

. Bring chickpeas in a pressure cooker,add 2 glass of water in it. Switch off the gas after 4-5 whistles so that chickpeas get cooked properly. After this, put the chickpeas in a pan.


. Bring 2 chopped onion , garlic and ginger in a blender. Blend properly (make a paste) ,put aside in a bowl. Now make tomato paste and put in a bowl.
. Now bring all spices ( cumin seeds, black pepper,bay leaves,red chilli, Cardamom,cloves) and roast them on griddle.Now blend all spices in blender,make powder of all roast spices.


. Now mix all Blend spices in boiled chickpeas,add coriender powder ,red chilli powder in boiled chickpeas.

.  mix spices in chickpeas properly and put them aside.
. Bring a pan add mustard oil in it, when oil gets heated up add 1 chopped onion in it.When color of onion become golden, add onion, garlic,ginger paste in it at medium flame. Stir untill color of paste become light golden or leave the surface of pan. Now add tomato paste in it ,stir for 2-3 minutes. After that add garam masala powder in it. Mix well all the stuff. Now add fresh curd in it,mix well.





. Add chickpeas mixture in it ,stir for 2 minutes.Then add kasoori methi in it.Add 1-2 glass of water and salt in it.Mix well ,cover up the pan .Cook for 10-12 minutes. Now switch off the gas, add ghee in it ,garnish with coriender leaves. Punjabi Chole is ready to be served. Served with bhature,rice or Puri.
