Veg Fried Rice is flavour of vegetables and rice. Easy to cook and delicious in taste.
How to Cook Veg Fried Rice
Preparation time-10 minutes
Cook time- 20 minutes
Served to- 4 person
Ingredients
. 400 gm rice(long grained)20 minutes soaked
. 2 capsicum (finely chopped)
. 1 carrot ( finely chopped)
. 2 tablespoon peas
. 2 tablespoon chopped spring onion
. 1 inch ginger (chopped)
. 8-10 garlic cloves (chopped)
. 4-5 green chillies (chopped)
. 1 tablespoon chopped beans
. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
. 1 tablespoon vineger
. Salt as needed
. 1 tablespoon oil
Preparation
. Now first cook rice in open pressure cooker .That cooked rice should not be very hard or not very soft. Spread All rice in one big plate so that rice become cold.
Step by step process to Cook
. Bring a pan on stove ,add oil in it. When oil starts heated up add ginger in it then after few seconds add garlic in it. When garlic become golden then add chillies and carrot in it. Fry for 2 minutes then add capsicum,peas ,beans and 1 tablespoon onion in it. Mix all stuff at medium stove.
.Now add soya sauce ,vinegar in it. Add cooked rice in it .Mix all stuff properly.Now add salt and 1 tablespoon spring onion in it. Mix well. Now Veg Fried Rice is ready to be Served.
