Chilli paneer is basically an Indo Chinese cuisine. In this dish, fresh capsicum and onion green chillis are chiefly present.A flavoured taste is achieved with the presence of fresh paneer in this dish.
Paneer and onion,garlic, capsicum all are good for health and delicious in taste.
Chilli paneer is a tasty starter.
How to Cook Chilli Paneer Restaurant Style
Preparation time- 15 minutes
Cook time- 25 minutes
Served to- 2-3 person
Ingredients
. 250 gm fresh paneer
. 2 medium size onion
. 5-6 green chillies(chopped in long thin shape)
. 2 medium capsicum(chopped in big shape)
. Ginger 1 inch (crushed)
. Garlic 12-15 (finely chopped)
. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
. 1 tablespoon vineger
. 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
. Salt as needed
. Spring onion (optional)
. Vegetable oil ( 1 tablespoon)
. 1 tablespoon corn flour
. 1 tablespoon white flour(maida)
Preparation
. Bring paneer and chop in cubes,put them aside.
. Now bring capsicum,onion,green chillies,ginger ,garlic clean them,so dirt and dust will remove from it. Then chop them like given in the picture.Onion should be in be layered form.
. Now bring 1 tablespoon maida (white flour) and 1 tablespoon corn flour add 3 -4 tablespoon water and mix well ,put aside.
Step by step process to Cook chilli paneer
. Bring 3-4 tablespoon vegetable oil in a pan on the stove. When oil starts heated up then dip paneer cubes in mixture of white flour or corn flour then add in oil. Fry well .After that put fried paneer on tissue paper so that extra oil will be removed.
. Now add 1 tablespoon oil in another pan when oil gets heated up then add chopped ginger,garlic in it. Stir for seconds then add onion ,green chillies in it.stir for 2-3 minutes then add capsicum in it.Stir for 3-4 minutes properly at medium flame. Now add soy sauce, vineger and tomato sauce in it ,mix all stuff properly.
. Now add fried paneer in it mix well all the stuff. Add chopped spring onion and salt in it .Mix well ,now switch off the gas. Chilli paneer is ready to serve.
