Besan burfi is a popular Indian sweet made with sugar,ghee and gram flour , cardamom powder.

Ingredients
➡️ 2 cup besan / gram flour
➡️ 1 cup ghee
➡️ 1 cup sugar
➡️ 1 cup water
➡️ 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
➡️ 2 tsp almond chopped
Instructions
. Bring a pan add 1 tsp of ghee at low flame. When ghee starts heated up then add besan in it.
. Stir besan at medium flame untill it become golden brown. It will take around 20-25 minutes. Now bring this besan on a plate.
. Bring a large pan on the stove add water and sugar in it . Dissolve sugar completely
And boil for 7-8 minutes.
. Check for one string consistency for sugar syrup.
. Now transfer the sugar syrup over the besan mixture.
. Stir untill sugar syrup mix well with besan mixture. Add cardamom powder in it. Mix well.
. Set well farming a block .
. Now top with chopped almonds.
. Allow to set for 30 minutes or till sets completely.
. Now cut into square pieces.
. Store Barfi in airtight container.
