Mix Veggies curry is full of nutritional value. It is very easy to prepare.

Cook time- 15-20 minutes
Serve to - 6 person
Ingredients
. 2 medium size potatoes ( chopped)
. 1 bowl cabbage ( chopped)
. 1 bowl beans ( chopped)
. 1 big carrot ( chopped)
. 1 capsicum ( chopped)
. 3 medium size tomatoes ( chopped)
. 4-5 green chillies chopped
. A pinch of Hing
. 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
. 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
. 1 tablespoon dry coriander powder
. 1 tablespoon garam masala powder
. 1/2 tablespoon cumin seeds
. Salt as needed
. Coriender leaves ( to garnish)
. 1 tablespoon mustard oil
. 1 tablespoon mustard oil
How to Cook Mix Veggies Curry
. Bring all chopped vegetables at one place.
. Bring a pan add oil in it. When oil starts heated up,add cumin seeds and hing in it. After few seconds add green chillies in it. Then add potatoes in it. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Then add carrots in it.
. Mix all the stuff properly. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
. Then add cabbage, beans ,capsicumin it. Mix properly all the stuff.
. Now add tomatoes in it. Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala and salt in it. Mix well. Now cover up the pan for 7-8 minutes. After that open the pan check all veggies cooked well or not. If not then cover for 2-3 minutes. Now curry is ready to be served. Serve with Puri, chapati or Parathas.
