So potatoes fries with cheese is a healthy diet. It is a good snack and we can cook it very fast.
How to Cook Potatoes Fries with Cheese
Preparation time - 10-12 minutes
Cook time - 15 minutes
Served to - 2-3 person
Ingredients
. Potatoes ( 6-7)
. Liquid cheese half cup
. Salt ( pinch of)
. Oil for frying
Preparation
. Bring Potatoes peel them off. Now wash them. And cut in long shape like given picture and keep them in freezer for 1/2 an hour.
. Bring a pan add 1/2 liter oil in it at medium stove. When oil starts heated up then add chopped potatoes in it. Cook for 7-8 minutes at medium flame,add pinch of salt in it. Check out the potatoes cooked or not if not then cook again for 1-2 minutes. Now bring fries from oil and keep it on tissue paper ,so that extra oil will remove. Now add liquid cheese on it. Potatoes fries are ready to be served.
