Now I will give you a idea to cook garlic ,green peas curry which is full of nutritional value.

This dish contains both garlic and peas , both of which are excellent nutrient-rich.
While garlic is known to combat sickness/common cold, it also reduces blood pressure as well as cholesterol levels, thereby reducing chances of heart diseases.
Peas on the other hand, are rich in various minerals, which combine to help in preventing high blood pressure.
How to Cook Garlic Peas Curry
Preparation time - 15 minutes
Cook time - 20-25 minutes
Served to - 3-4 person
Ingredients
. 25-30 big garlic cloves
. 3-4 green chillies ( chopped)
. 1 cup green peas ( 100 gm)
. 1 medium size onion ( chopped)
. 1 medium size onion paste
. 1 tablespoon mustard oil
. 1/2 tablespoon garam masala
. 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder
. 1/2 tablespoon red chilli powder
. Salt as needed
Preparation
. Bring garlic ,onion and green chillies in one plate.
Step by step process to Cook
. Bring a pan on the stove at medium flame. Add mustard oil in it. When oil starts heated up then add chopped onion in it. Fry untill color of onion become light golden after that add onion paste and turmeric powder in it. Stir for 4-5 minutes at medium flame. Add red chilli powder and garam masala in it. Mix all stuff.
. Now add garlic cloves and green peas in it .mix well add salt in it. Stir for 1-2 minutes. Now add 1 glass of water in it. Cover up the pan at low flame so that garlic will be cook properly. After 7-8 minutes checkout that garlic cooked or not. If not then again cook for 2 minutes. Now switch off the gas. Now curry is ready to be served. Serve with indian bread ,naan or rice.
. In this curry gravy should be less. So taste will be awesome.
