Veg Momo's are fully loaded with vegetables.Vegetables like cabbage and carrots and ginger are good for health.
When I prepare to cook Momo's only use three vegetables those have fully nutritional value.
How to Cook Momo's at home
Preparation time -10-12 minutes
Cook time - 10 minutes
Served to -2-3 person
Ingredients
. 1/2 cabbage
. 1 carrot
. 1 inch ginger
. White flour (250 gm)
. Salt as needed
. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Preparation
. Bring cabbage and carrots clean and wash them.Keep them aside. Now crushed them and keep aside in a plate.
. Now prepare normal dough from white flour.
. Bring a pan on the stove at medium flame. Add 1/2 tablespoon oil in it when oil starts heated up add ginger, cabbage,carrot in it. Fry for 2-3 minutes. After that switch off the stove. Put all the stuff in a plate to become cold.
. Now make small balls from dough and make thin small round shape. Then fill the stuff in it and make shape of Momo's. Make all Momo's from all the dough.
. Now put all the Momo's in the steamer on the stove at medium flame. Open the steamer after 10 minutes. Switch off the gas. Now Momo's are ready to be served. Serve with schezwan sauce or green sauce. Taste will be delicious.
