Veg cheesy Maggi ( delicious and delight)

Maggi is a food which everyone likes,this is very famous among children.There are many ways to cook Maggi like simple Maggi (ready in 2 minutes),vegetables Maggi,cheese Maggi,tomato Maggi etc.So In this Maggi recipe I want to combine Maggi with cheese or vegetables.Both are benifical for health.

Cheese benefits for health-  

. Cheese improves our dental health. Cheese contains protein, B12 and calcium that is good for health.Cheese is good for weight gain in a healthy way.

Vegetables benefits for health-

. We know that vegetables are good for health,as they are natural source of  vitamins and protein. 

How to Cook Vegetables and cheesy Maggi-

Preparation time- 5 minutes

Cook time- 10 minutes

Served to- 2 person

Ingredients

. 2 Packet of Maggi(normal packet)
. 1 capsicum(finely chopped)
. 1 tomato ( finely chopped)
. 1 onion (finely chopped)
. 2-3 green chillies ( finely chopped)
. 1/2 carrot (finely chopped)(optional)
. Coriender leaves (to garnish)
. Peas 1 tablespoon (optional)
. 2 tablespoon liquid cheese
. 1/2 tablespoon red chilli powder
. 1/2 tablespoon butter
. A pinch of salt

Preparation

. Bring all vegetables,clean and chop them. Put them in one plate.

How to Cook Maggi step by step process

. Bring a pan on stove, add 1/2 tablespoon butter in it.When butter heated up ,add chopped onion ,green chillies in it.Stir untill onion become soft.

. Now add tomato,capsicum in it,stir for 2 minutes at medium stove untill tomato gets in soft form.
. Now add 1/2 tablespoon red chilli powder,a pinch of salt ,2 cup of water and Maggi masala in it.Now boil the water then add Maggi in it. Now cook the Maggi for 4-5 minutes.After 5 minutes switch off the stove.


. Now vegetables Maggi is ready to serve.Garnish with coriander leaves.Now we will add liquid cheese in it while serving.

Vegetables Pasta

About

Pasta is primarily a western dish, which is also considered an Italian dish, and is very delicious in taste.
There are many ways to cook Pasta.In this Pasta recipe I will tell you how to cook Pasta with vegetables.

How to Cook veg Pasta-

Preparation time- 20 minutes

Cook time- 15 minutes

Served to- 4 person

Ingredients

.  200 gm raw pasta
. 2 medium size tomatoes (finely chopped)
. 1 big onion (finely chopped)
. Ginger 1 inch ( crushed)
. 1 big capsicum( finely chopped)
. 1 carrot ( finely chopped)
. 3-4 green chillies (finely chopped)
. Coriender leaves ( to garnish)
. Spring onion(1 tablespoon)
. 1/2 tablespoon peprika or red chilli powder
. 1/2 tablespoon soya sauce
. 1/2 tablespoon veniger
. 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
. Salt as needed
. 1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil

Preparation

. Bring all vegetables clean and finely chopped ,in one plate.


. Bring 1 liter of water in a pan on the stove.Boil the water .Add 1/2 tablespoon oil in this water.Add raw Pasta in it.Boil at medium stove for 10-12 minutes.Now check  pasta cooked or not.If cooked then seperate from water ,if not then cook again 2-4 minutes.


Step by step process to cook Pasta


. Now again bring a pan on stove.Add 1/2 tablespoon of oil.When oil starts heated up,add ginger in it stir for seconds.Now add onion ,fry onion for 2-3 minutes at medium stove,now add carrot ,tomatoes in it. Fry untill tomatoes cooks well.Now add capsicum,spring onion in it,cook well.Now add soya sauce,vineger,peprika,salt and tomato ketchup in it,mix well.Now add cooked pasta in in ,mix properly.Cover up the pan for 2 minutes to cook pasta well with vegetables at slow stove.After 2 minutes  turn off the stove .Now pasta is ready to serve.








Methi (Fenugreek) leaves ke Parathe

About

Methi Parathas are very healthy breakfast.Mostly famous in Northern India.Methi contains lots of nutritional element in it.We can eat these Parathas with curd,sause as well as with tea.

How to Cook Methi Paratha

Ingredients

. 1 bowl- 125 gm
. Fresh Fenugreek leaves(1 bowl)
. Green chillis
. Ginger (1 inch)
. Garlic (6-7 cloves)
. 1 pinch hing
. 1/2 tablespoon azwaien
. Coriender leaves (1/4 bowl)
. 1/2 tablespoon red chilli powder
. 200 gm wheat flour
. Salt as needed
. 3-4 tablespoon vegetable oil

Preparation time - 15 minutes

Cook time - 15 minutes

Served to - 3-4 person


Preparation

. Bring fresh Fenugreek boundle.Wash that boundle ,clean it so that dust and dirt are washed out. Now separate the fresh leaves from that boundle.For Parathas only fresh leaves is needed.Chop those leaves properly.


. Bring coriander leaves,ginger,garlic,green chillies in one bowl.Blend all ingredients from bowl.

. Bring fenugreek chopped leaves,blend ingredients,wheat flour,salt,red chilli powder ,azwaien and hing in one plate.Add little bit oil in it. Now make dough mixing all the above ingredients.

How to Cook Methi Parathas step by step process

. Bring small ball from dough.Make round shape paratha from that ball.We can make many shapes.But here I made round shape.





. Bring a griddle (tava) on stove.When griddle starts heated up.Add prepared paratha on it at medium stove.Now flip that paratha after seconds ,spread little bit oil on it.Now cook other side of paratha ,then again flip paratha ,apply oil on other side.Cook properly both sides.Now separate from griddle.



. Now cook all Parathas like this.After that parathas will be ready to serve.Serve with curd , sauce or tea.


Note- Cook all Parathas at medium stove.At medium stove it will cook properly from inner side.

Lauki Chana dal

Lauki Chana dal is a healthy diet.It is famous all over India.There are many ways to cook lauki Chana dal.But I will tell you quick and easy way to cook delicious Chana dal with lauki.This dal is the combination of dal and vegetable.

How to Cook lauki Chana dal

Ingredients

. 100 gm Chana dal
. 250 gm chopped lauki
. Garlic 15-20 cloves(chopped)
. Green chilli 3-4(chopped)
. 2 medium size tomatoes ( chopped)
. 1 inch ginger (finely chopped)
. Coriender leaves (for garnish)
. 5-6 curry leaves
. 2 dry red chilli
. 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
. 1 tablespoon dry coriander powder
. 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
. 1 inch cinnamon
. 2 cloves
. 1 tablespoon Cumin seeds
. 1/2 tablespoon mustard seeds
. 1/2 tablespoon garam masala
. 1/2 tablespoon sambhr masala
. A pinch of hing
. Salt as needed
. 1 small tablespoon mustard oil

Preparation time-15 minutes

Cook time-25 minutes

Served to- 3-4 person


Preparation

. Bring Chana dal in a pan and soaked for 15 minutes.Now bring chopped lauki in plate with water.Put both ingredients aside.

. Now bring garlic,ginger, green chillies,coriender leaves,curry leaves at one place.

Step by step process to Cook

. Bring a pressure cooker add Chana dal,lauki  and chopped tomato ,3 glass of water in it.Now add turmeric powder and salt in it.Cover the pressure cooker, after 4 whistle, open the pressure cooker.

. Now we will prepare for tadka .Bring a pan on stove ,add oil when oil heated up then add hing mustard seeds, Cumin seeds,red chilli, cinnamon and cloves after 10-15 seconds all ingredients gets sizzle add ginger ,garlic ,curry leaves in it stir untill color of garlic become golden.


. Now add coriander powder,red chilli powder,garam masala and 1/2 tablespoon sambhar masala in it. Add dal from cooker to it.Mix all ingredients properly.Cook for 5-7 minutes.After that dal is ready to serve,add ghee in it.Serve with rice and chapati.

Aloo k Parathe

About

Aloo k Parathe is very famous breakfast in Northern India.It is very easy to cook and yummy in taste.
This is specially known to add taste to breakfast with whatever stuff ( vegetables, curd, pickles or ketchup ) it is eaten with.

How to Cook Aloo k Parathe-

Ingredients

. 4-5 boiled potatoes
. Green chillies(finely chopped)
. Coriender leaves(1 tablespoon spoon)
. 1 tablespoon crushed ginger
. 1 big onion (finely chopped)
. 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
. 1/2 tablespoon azwaien
. 5-6 black pepper
. 2-3 dry red chilli
. Wheat flour ( 1 cup)250gm
. Salt as needed
. 1 tablespoon dry mango powder
. Oil(2 tablespoon)

Preparation time- 15-20 minutes

Cook time- 10 minutes

Served to- 3-4 person



Preparation

. Bring 4 boiled potatoes peel them off.Now smashed boiled potatoes properly.
. Bring a pan on the stove. When pan gets heated up add cumin seeds,black pepper,red dry chilli in it at medium stove.See,when smell of cumin seeds will change or all ingredients roasted then separate from the pan and blend them like powder.

. Bring a plate put smashed potatoes in it.Add blend powder(cumin seeds, black pepper,red chilli),dry mango powder ,onion, Coriander leaves and 1/2 tablespoon azwaien, green chilli, crushed ginger,salt in it.Mix well all ingredients.



. Now we will prepare dough.Dough should be  very soft not dry.Add little bit salt and 1/2 tablespoon oil while preparing dough.
. Make a medium Bal from dough fill up the ball from potatoes mixture as shown in picture. Make Aloo Paratha step by step process shown in the picture.





. Now bring a griddle(tava) on stove. when tava heated up ,add prepared paratha on it.Add little bit oil on both sides while Sterling.



. Cook all Parathas like this.Now Aloo Parathe is ready to serve.Serve with curd,pickle,or tomato sauce.


Note-Cook all Aloo Parathe on medium stove.Fill up the mixture well .Wheat dough should be less in quatity or potatoes mixture should be high in quatity for yummy paratha.
