Malaysian Rice




About

Malaysian Rice is a fully healthy rice. It contains broccoli, mushrooms,baby corns and peas. All the ingredients have a healthy nutritions.


How to Cook Malaysian Rice 


Preparation time - 10 minutes

Cook time -20 minutes

Served To - 4-5 person


Ingredients

. 400 gm ( cooked rice) long grained
. 1 bowl chopped broccoli/ 100 gm
. 100 gm clean mushrooms
. 1/2 bowl green peas
. 4-5 green chillies ( chopped)
. 1 bowl chopped baby corns
. 2 tablespoon ghee/olive oil/butter
. 1 inch crushed ginger
. 1 tablespoon crushed garlic
. 1/2 tablespoon vineger
. 1/2 tablespoon soya sauce


Preparation

. Bring all chopped vegetables at one plate.keep aside . Bring cooked rice in a plate to become cool.

Step by step process to Cook

. Bring a pan on the stove add one tablespoon oil in it. When oil starts heated up add all vegetables in it. Fry all vegetables 3-4 minutes. Keep all vegetables aside in a plate to become cool.

 
. Add one tablespoon oil in same pan on the stove. When oil starts heated up then add ginger,garlic in it. When ginger become light golden add green chillies in it. Fry for seconds,then add rice in it. Add soya sauce,vineger,red chilli powder,salt in it. Mix all the stuff properly. Now add all fried vegetables in it. Mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Now switch off the gas.



 . Now Maleysian Rice is ready to be served.

Paneer with healthy flavour

About 

Chilli Paneer is a starter. When we will add baby corn, broccoli ,bell peppers and mushrooms in it nutritions will increase. It is a very healthy diet.

Broccoli is a great source of vitamin k and C,a good source of folate ( folic acid) and always provide potassium.

Bell peppers contains sodium, potassium, carbohydrates in it.

All the ingredients used in this recipe contains healthy nutritions.

Preparation time - 15 minutes

Cook time - 20 minutes

Served to - 4 person


Ingredients


. 1 yellow bell pepper ( chopped in big pieces)
. 1 red bell pepper ( chopped in big pieces)
. 3-4 mushrooms( cleaned & chopped)
. 1/2 bowl broccoli ( chopped)
. 6-7 baby corn ( chopped)
. Paneer ( 250 gm) ( chopped)
. 2 onion ( chopped as shown in picture)
. 7-8 garlic cloves ( chopped)
. 1 inch ginger ( crushed)
. 4-5 green chillies ( chopped in long pieces)
. 1/2 tablespoon veniger
. 1/2 tablespoon soya sauce
. 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
. 1/2 tablespoon chilli sauce
. Salt as needed
. 2 tablespoon butter or ghee



How to Cook Paneer with healthy flavours


. Bring all chopped vegetables in one plate.

 . Bring butter in a pan on stove. When butter starts heated up ,add ginger in it. After few seconds add mushrooms in it,fry for 2 minutes. After that add broccoli,baby corns,green chillies in it. Mix all the stuff. Cover up the pan for 3-4 minutes. Now open the pan and add bell peppers in it. Mix well ,cover up the pan for 2-3 minutes.



 . Now switch off the stove. And put this stuff in a plate.


 . Bring a pan again on stove add 1 tablespoon butter in it. When butter starts heated up add garlic in it. After 2-3 minutes add onion in it. Fry both ingredients for 3-4 minutes at medium flame.



 . Now add all fried vegetables in it. Now add ketchup,chilli sauce and vineger or soya sauce in it. Mix all ingredients properly .Add salt in it. Again mix all stuff at medium flame. Now switch off the gas.


 . Now Paneer with healthy flavour is ready to be served. Serve hot ,taste will be awesome.

Veggies Burger

About

Burger is also known as Hamburger. Origin of burger is Germany ,it is a main course food. Burger is a sandwich consisting of one or more patties of veggies placed inside a sliced bread roll or bun.

The Patty may be pan fried or grilled. Burgers are often served with cheese ,mayo, tomato,onion and ketchup.


Preparation time - 20 minutes

Cook time - 10-15 minutes

Served To - 4 person


Ingredients

Veggies for patty


. 5-6 medium size potatoes
. 2-3 carrot
. 1/2 bowl green peas
. 5-6 green chillies
. 1 tablespoon coriender chopped leaves

Spices

. 1/2 tablespoon cumin powder
. 1/2 tablespoon garam masala
. 1/2 tablespoon red chilli powder
. 1/4 tablespoon turmeric powder
. 1/2 tablespoon ginger ,garlic paste
. 1/2 tablespoon dry mango powder ( optional)
. Salt as needed

Extra ingredients

. 1 tomato chopped in thin round shape
. 1 onion chopped in thin round shape
. 1 cucumber chopped in thin round shape (optional)
. Ghee or butter (3-4 tablespoon)
. 2-3 tablespoon gram flour ( besan)
. 1 tablespoon corn flour
. 1 tablespoon rice flour
. 3 tablespoon liquid cheese
. 3 tablespoon Mayonnaise
. Ketchup as needed
. 2 bowl bread crumbs



How to Cook patties and prepare for burger


. Bring potatoes,carrot peel them off. Now clean and wash,cut them. Bring green peas ,chopped potatoes,carrot in a pressure cooker,add 2 glass of water. Now cover up the pressure cooker. Bring it on stove at medium flame after 2 whistle switch off the stove. After that bring boiled vegetables in a plate to become cool.
. Bring 2 bowls of bread crumbs and chopped vegetables at one place.

. Bring gram flour,rice flour,corn flour at one plate add 1/2 cup of water in it. Liquid should not be very thick nor be very liquid. It should be little bit flowing.

. Now mash all boiled vegetables ,add garam masala,cumin powder ,dry mango powder ,salt ,1 cup bread crumbs,red chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriender leaves in it. Mix all stuff properly.

 . Make medium size round shape from the stuff.
. Now bring a pan on the stove at medium flame. Now bring round shape stuff and dip in made liquid after that cover up with bread crumbs. Spread butter on pan add prepared patty on it. Cook both sides properly with butter. Make all patty like this.


 . Now divide bun in two equal parts. Spread mayonnaise on bun. Now add one patty on it,add ketchup on it. Add 2-3 tomato slice,onion slice and cucumber slice on it. Add cheese on it . After that add another slice of bun on it.




 . Now burger is ready to be served. Serve with tomato ketchup.

Dry Dum Aloo (potatoes)

About 

Potatoes are good for health. It contains potassium, magnesium, antioxidants and rich in fiber. 

We can use many vegetables with the use of potatoes. Potatoes are known as king of vegetables. Now I will tell you Dry Dum Aloo recipe ,which is easy to cook and delicious in taste.

There are many recipes like gravy Dum aloo , kashmiri Dum aloo, curd Dum aloo etc. But today I am gonna tell the recipe of Dry Dum Aloo.


Preparation time - 12-15 minutes

Cook time - 15-17 minutes

Served To - 4 person


How to Cook Dry Dum Aloo -


Ingredients

. 14-15 medium size boiled potatoes( we can take baby potatoes ( 20 potatoes)
. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil ( we can use ghee also)
. Salt as needed
. 2 tablespoon coriender leaves ( chopped)
. 1 tablespoon crushed ginger

Spices

. 1 tablespoon Cumin seeds
. 7-8 black pepper
. 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
. 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
. 1 tablespoon dry coriender
. 3-4 dry red chilli
. 1/2 tablespoon Chaat masala
. A pinch of hing(Asafoetida) 
. 1/2 tablespoon dry mango powder
. 1/2 tablespoon fennel flower


Preparation

. Bring boiled potatoes ,peel them off. Chop in two parts and keep aside in a plate. Here I bring medium size potatoes so chopped. If we will bring small potatoes then no need to chop them.
. Now bring all spices( coriender, cumin seeds,dry chilli,black pepper) and roast them dry  and blend them properly and keep in a plate.


Step by step process to Cook

. Bring oil in a pan on the stove  at high flame. When oil starts heated up then add fennel flower and hing in it ,after few seconds add crushed ginger in it. When ginger become light golden then add potatoes in it. Mix all the stuff properly.



. Now add turmeric powder in it. Mix well. After that fry potatoes at high flame untill potatoes become little bit crunchy. Then add red chilli powder,dry mango powder,Chaat masala and blend masala in it. Mix all stuff properly. Then add salt in it. Fry all stuff for 5-7 minutes at high flame. Now switch off the stove. Add coriender leaves for garnishing.



. Now Dry Dum Aloo is ready to be served. Serve with Puri, Indian bread .
