Healthy vegetables soup

Soup is a liquid food,usually served warm or with hot which is made by combining ingredients such as vegetables,water or corn starch.It is very easy to prepare soup. It has a lot of health benefits.There are various ways to prepare soup.I will be guiding on how to make a delicious vegetables soup.

How to make veg soup-

Preparation time- 10 minutes

Cook time- 10-12 minutes

Serving to - 3-4 person

Ingredients

. 1 big capsicum( finely chopped)
. 1 big carrot( finely chopped)
. 1 cup sweet corn
. 2 medium size beetroot( finely chopped)
. 2 green chilli ( finely chopped)
. Salt as needed
. 6-7 black pepper ( crushed)
. 2 tablespoon corn starch
. 1/2 tablespoon butter or oil
. 4 tablespoon chopped spring onion

Preparation
. Bring capsicum,carrot, beetroot,sweet corn,chillies clean and wash all vegetables chopped them and keep aside in a plate.


. Now add corn starch in a bowl and add 1/2 cup water then mix it well .


How to cook veg soup-

. Bring a pan add butter.When butter gets adequately heated up add  carrot,beetroot,capsicum to it at medium stove. Now cover the pan for 2 minutes and  then open the pan to add spring onion and sweet corn to it.


 . Mix all the vegetables add crushed black pepper ,salt and corn starch liquid ,4 glass of water to it and mix it properly. And again add 1 tablespoon of spring onion.Cook the whole stuff for 5-7 minutes after which it will be ready to serve.
