Veg kabab Paratha

About-

  Origins of kababs are from the cities of Nawabs and Nizams, i.e Lucknow and Hyderabad respectively; but they are very famous all across India.There are many types of kababs- like non vegetarian kababs,veg kababs,hara bhara kabab.In this recipe I will tell you about Veg Kebab and Paratha.

How to Cook Kabab and Paratha -

Preparation time-15 minutes

Cook time-15 minutes

Served to- 4 person

We will Cook kababs first-

Ingredients

.  Bring 200 gm Chana dal 
. 100gm soyabean chunks
. 1 tablespoon Cumin seeds
. 1 tablespoon black pepper
. 4-5 red chilli
. 2 cardamom
. 1 star
. Salt as needed
. 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
. 2-3 green chilli (finely chopped)
. 2 tablespoon coriander leaves (chopped)( optional)
. 2 bay leaves
. 1 onion (chopped)

Preparation

. Bring Chana dal, soyabean in a pan ,wash  and soak them overnight.Then soak all the spices overnight.

. Bring all the soaked ingredients in a blender and them properly.


. Add coriander leaves,green chillies, red chilli powder and salt to it mix them well .Now bring dosa tava on stove ; when pan gets heated up then spread little amount of oil on the pan.Make medium size balls then put rounded shaped balls on the pan at medium stove.cook them properly both sides use little bit of oil while cooking.

. Now kababs are ready to serve.


. How to Cook Paratha for kababs

Ingredients
. 350 gm purpose flour
. 2 tablespoon oil

Preparation

. Bring  purpose flour in a plate add water in it.Prepare dough.Make round shape thin paratha of prepared dough.




. Now kabab and Paratha is ready to serve.Serve with sezwan sauce, mayonnaise and  chopped onion.



Potato Eggplant curry(Aloo Baingan ki sabji)

About

This type Aloo Baingan curry is quite famous in Northern India. It is relatively very easy to cook and delicious in taste.When we prepare this curry in mustard oil and add some garam masala to it the curry would taste much better or lip-smacking.

How to cook potato eggplant curry

Preparation time- 10 minutes

Cook time- 15-20 minutes

Served to-3-4 person


Ingredients

. 2 medium size potatoes 
. 3-4 eggplant
. 1 big onion( finely chopped)
. 12-15 big garlic cloves
. 3-4 green chillies (chopped)
. 1 tomato ( chopped)
. Coriender leaves (for garnish)
. 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder
. 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
. 1 tablespoon garam masala
. 1.5 tablespoon mustard oil
. 1 pinch hing 
. Coriender powder
. Salt as needed

Preparation

. Bring potatoes and peel them off . Now wash and  clean them and cut  in long shape as shown in the picture. Bring eggplant now, clean ,wash and cut in long shape.Now get onion,garlic,tomatoes ,green chillies in one plate put them aside.

How to cook Aloo Baingan curry step by step process-


 . Now bring a pan on stove and add oil when oil gets heated up, add a pinch of hing , add onion in it.
When onion gets light golden in color add green chillies and garlic in it.Stir for 2 minutes. Now add eggplant to it fry for 2-3 minutes at medium stove.After that add potatoes in it mix and stir well for 3-4 minutes.



. Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder ,coriender powder and garam masala in it,mix the ingredients well and add tomato and salt in it .Stir for 2 minutes and add 1.5 glass of water in it. Now cover the pan for 5 minutes .After 5 minutes,check if the potatoes have been cooked well or not; if potatoes are not cooked well, again cover the pan after 2 minutes check again untill  it will be cooked finally.




. Now aloo Baigan curry is ready to served,garnish with coriender leaves.Serve with
roti,chapati,rice.





Note- This curry will be make on medium stove.if garlic will be in high quantity taste of aloo baigan will be awesome.

Sweet corn soup

Sweet corn contains lutein that promotes healthy vision.It is also helpful in weight loss.Sweet corn soup is healthy diet with low calories.This is very easy to cook .

Preparation time- 2 minutes

Cook time-5-7 minutes

Total time- 9-10 minutes

To serve- 2 person


How to make sweet corn soup

Ingredients

. 2 big tablespoon sweet corn(1 boul)
. 1 tablespoon chopped spring onion
. 2 green chillies (finely chopped)
. 4-5 crushed black pepper
. 1 tablespoon corn starch
. Salt as needed
. 1/4 tablespoon butter or oil

Preparation

. Bring sweet corn ,spring onion,green chillies in one place.


. Bring corn starch add 2 tablespoon of water mix well keep this liquid aside.

How to cook sweet corn soup


. Now bring a pan on stove add butter when butter gets hot add sweet corn in it and cover up the pan for 2 minutes then open the pan and add spring onion and green chillies.Mix all ingredients well. Now again cover the pan for 1 minute open the pan add crushed black pepper,salt ,corn starch liquid in it.Now add 2 cup water in it .Cook this mixture for 5 minutes at  high Speed stove.After 5 minutes switch off the stove.Now sweet corn soup is ready to serve.

Aloo(potato) do pyaza (North Indian curry)

About 

Aloo do pyaza is a North Indian curry dish, which is a bit on a more spicy side.This curry is full of twists with onion, garlic tomato and other spices.Presence of Onion,garlic,potatoes and tomatoes provide good health benefits as well.

Preparation time-10 minutes

Cook time- 15 minutes

Total time-25 minutes

Serve to-3-4 person


How to make Aloo do pyaza-

Ingredients

. 3-4 medium size potatoes
. 2 tomatos ( finely chopped)
. 3-4 medium size onion (finely chopped)
. 15-17 garlic cloves
. 1 inch ginger (crushed)
. 3-4 green chilli
. Coriender leaves (for garnishing)
. 2 red chilli
. 5-6 black pepper
. 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
. 2-3 bay leaves
. 1 Cardamom
. 1 star
. 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
. 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
. 1 tablespoon garam masala
. Salt as needed
. 2 tablespoon mustard oil

Preparation

. Get 3-4 potatoes and peel them off, then cut and rinse them.After this,keep onion, garlic,ginger,tomato in one separate plate.Bring all the prepared spices and keep  them aside.


. Bring all spices in one bowl or plate.

How to cook

. Bring a pressure cooker on stove and add mustard oil to it.When oil gets heated, add all spices,red chillies  from bowl. After 10-12 seconds add ginger to it. When ginger gets light golden in colour,add onion,garlic,green chillies in it and stir untill light golden color is attained, at medium stove.




 . Now add potatoes to the spices. Stir it for 2 minutes and add turmeric powder,red chilli powder,garam masala in it  thereafter.Mix it properly , add tomatos and salt to it and mix well. Now add 2 glass of water in it, and cover the pressure cooker. After 2 whistles open the cooker lid .Now our delicious Aloo do pyaza is ready to be served . Garnish with coriender leaves.Serve with chapati,bread ,naan or rice.

Soup is a liquid food,usually served warm or with hot which is made by combining ingredients such as vegetables,water or corn starch.It is very easy to prepare soup. It has a lot of health benefits.There are various ways to prepare soup.I will be guiding on how to make a delicious vegetables soup.

How to make veg soup-

Preparation time- 10 minutes

Cook time- 10-12 minutes

Serving to - 3-4 person

Ingredients

. 1 big capsicum( finely chopped)
. 1 big carrot( finely chopped)
. 1 cup sweet corn
. 2 medium size beetroot( finely chopped)
. 2 green chilli ( finely chopped)
. Salt as needed
. 6-7 black pepper ( crushed)
. 2 tablespoon corn starch
. 1/2 tablespoon butter or oil
. 4 tablespoon chopped spring onion

Preparation
. Bring capsicum,carrot, beetroot,sweet corn,chillies clean and wash all vegetables chopped them and keep aside in a plate.


. Now add corn starch in a bowl and add 1/2 cup water then mix it well .


How to cook veg soup-

. Bring a pan add butter.When butter gets adequately heated up add  carrot,beetroot,capsicum to it at medium stove. Now cover the pan for 2 minutes and  then open the pan to add spring onion and sweet corn to it.


 . Mix all the vegetables add crushed black pepper ,salt and corn starch liquid ,4 glass of water to it and mix it properly. And again add 1 tablespoon of spring onion.Cook the whole stuff for 5-7 minutes after which it will be ready to serve.
