Butter Pav Bhaji Recipe

About

Pav bhaji is a famous indian street food. That contains mix Vegetables and soft buns. It is quick and yummy recipe with butter loaded.


How to Cook Pav Bhaji at home

Preparation time - 10 minutes

Cook time - 20 minutes

Served to - 5 person


Ingredients

. 5-6 medium size potatoes( chopped)
. 100 gm peas
. 2 carrot( chopped)
. 2 capsicum( chopped)
. 100 gm beans ( chopped)
. 1 inch crushed ginger
. 5 garlic cloves ( chopped)
. 2 big onion ( finely chopped)
. 2 big tomatoes ( finely chopped)
. Coriender leaves ( finely chopped)
. 1 bowl or 100 gm cauliflower ( chopped)
. 1 lemon
. 3-4 tablespoon butter
. Salt as needed

Spices ( Pav Bhaji Masala)

. 1 tablespoon dry coriender
. 1 tablespoon Cumin seeds
. 1/2 tablespoon fennel seeds
. 7-8 dry red chilli
. 1/2 tablespoon black pepper
. 1/2 tablespoon cloves
. 2 black Cardamom
. 1/2 inch cinnamon
. 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
. 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder



Preparation


. Bring potatoes, cauliflower, capsicum,carrot,beans  in a plate and keep aside.

.  Keep all vegetables in pressure cooker on the stove add 2 cup of water in it. Cover up the pressure cooker . Switch off the stove after 3-4 whistle. Open the pressure cooker and separate vegetables from water. And mash all vegetables with masher. Keep aside.



. Now we will prepare pav bhaji masala. Bring dry coriender, cumin seeds,black pepper,cloves, cinnamon, Cardamom,fennel seeds . Roast them dry .Now blend roasted spices properly. Keep them in a bowl




Step by step process to Cook

. Bring a pan on the stove. Add 2 tablespoon of butter in it. When butter starts heated up add ginger,garlic in it at medium flame. After 1-2 minutes add one chopped onion in it. When onion become light golden then add chopped tomatoes in it. Saute all the stuff properly. Add turmeric powder and red chilli powder in it.





 . Now add mashed vegetables in it. Mix all the stuff well. Add prepared bhaji masala ,salt in it. Now add water 1-2 glass . Cook for 3-4 minutes. Then switch off the stove.

. Now bhaji is ready to be served . 

. Now we will bake soft buns with butter on griddle. Both are ready to be served. Garnish bhaji coriender leaves,lemon or chopped onion and butter.

Punjabi Kadhi Pakode

About

Kadhi is a very famous curd based gravy curry in north India. It is very easy to cook and delicious in taste.

How to Cook Punjabi kadhi Pakode

Preparation time - 5 minutes

Cook time - 15 minutes

Served to - 5-6 person

Ingredients

. 200 gm gram flour ( besan)
. 100 gm fresh curd
. 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
. 1/2 tablespoon red chilli powder
. 6-7 dry red chilli
. 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
. 1/2 tablespoon mustard seeds
. 1/2 tablespoon fennel seeds
. 1/2 tablespoon fenugreek seeds
. 12-15 curry leaves
. Coriender leaves ( for garnish)
. Salt as needed
. 1/2 tablespoon sugar
. 2 big onion ( finely chopped)
. 6-7 garlic cloves chopped
. 6-7 green chillies
. 1 inch ginger ( crushed)
. 1 tablespoon ghee ( purified butter)
. Oil for frying
. 1 tablespoon mustard oil

Preparation

. Bring 150 gm gram flour in a bowl. Add salt,red chilli powder,3 chopped green chillies,1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder,1 finely chopped onion ,and coriender leaves ,a pinch of hing and 1/2 cup of water in it.This mixture should not be liquid nor dry. Keep aside. This stuff will use for pakode.

. Now bring all spices in plate and keep aside.
 . Bring curd in a bowl ,add 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder and 2 tablespoon gram flour in it. Add 1/2 cup water and mix all stuff properly. Keep aside.


Step by step process to Cook

. Bring a pan add oil for frying pakode on the stove. When oil starts heated up then add small round shape from the prepared stuff like given picture. Fry both side properly. Fry all pakode like this and keep on tissue paper.

 . Bring a pan with one tablespoon of mustard oil on the stove. When oil starts heated up add all spices in it with green/ red chillies,curry leaves in it. After 10-12 seconds add onion,garlic, ginger in it. Stir untill color of onion become golden.


 . After that add prepared curd mixture in it. Add 3-4 glass of water in it ,mix all stuff. Then add salt,sugar in it. Cook for 5-7 minutes at high flame. Then switch off the stove and add fried pakode in it and cover up the pan.

. Again bring a pan on the stove. Add 1 tablespoon ghee ( purified butter) in it. When ghee starts heated up add 1/6 tablespoon mustard seeds ,4-5 red chilli in it. After 10 seconds switch off the stove. Add this in cooked kadhi. It is a extra tadka to increase the taste of kadhi.



 . Now Punjabi kadhi Pakode is ready to be served. Serve with rice or chapati.

Cheesy Mayo Corn

Ingredients

. 1 bowl or 100 gm sweet corn kernels
. 1 green chilli
. Salt as needed
. 1/2 tablespoon peprika
. 1/4 tablespoon black pepper powder
. 1/2 tablespoon butter
. 1 tablespoon liquid cheese
. 1 tablespoon mayonnaise


How to Cook Cheesy Mayo Corn

. Bring one bowl fresh sweet corn kernels and chopped green chilli in a plate,keep aside.
 . Bring a pan on the stove at medium flame. Add butter in it. When butter starts heated up add corn kernels in it. Cover up the pan for 2-3 minutes at low flame. Then open the pan add black pepper powder , peprika,salt in it .Mix all stuff. Now switch off the stove. Add cheese and mayo in it . Mix well. Now ready to be served. Serve hot.

In today's recipe I will tell you about how to cook Red Sauce Pasta in an easy way.

How to Cook Red Sauce Pasta at Home

Preparation time - 15 minutes

Cook time - 20 minutes

Served To - 3-4 person



Ingredients

. 250 gm long pasta ( boiled)
. 2 tablespoon sechzwan sauce
. 4 medium size tomatoes
. 1 inch ginger
. 3-4 green chillies
. 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
. 1/2 tablespoon olive oil / Vegetable oil
. Salt as needed ( less salt will be use in this)
. 1/4 tablespoon oregano flakes
. 1 big onion finely chopped

Preparation & Process

. Bring boiled cooked pasta in a plate keep aside.
 . Now bring tomatoes,chilli's and ginger in a blender, blend them. Now keep that purree aside in a bowl.
 . Bring one big finely chopped onion and keep aside.
 . Bring a pan on  in the stove add oil in it. When oil starts heated up then add onion in it. When color of onion become transparent then add tomatoes purree in it. Make them saute. Then add sechzwan and tomato ketchup in it. Mix all stuff. Stir 1-2 minutes.



 . Then add boiled pasta in it. Add salt and oregano flakes in it. Mix well. Now switch off the stove. Pasta is ready to be served.
