Mayonnaise & Cream Sandwich

Mayonnaise and Milk Cream Sandwich is a tasty and heavy breakfast .It is good for health and easy to cook.

Everyone likes this sandwich a lot. It contains creamy flavour.There are many types of mayonnaise ,but for this sandwich we can use simple Mayo without any flavour.

Preparation time-10 minutes

Cook time-10-12 minutes

Served to- 2-3 person


Ingredients

   1 cup-125 gm
. 1 cup mayonnaise
. 1/2 cup fresh milk cream
. 1 capsicum (finely chopped)
. 1 carrot (finely chopped or crushed)
. 1/4 tablespoon Chaat masala
. A pinch of salt
. 2 tablespoon butter
. 8-10 sandwich bread slice

How to Cook Mayonnaise Sandwich

Preparation

. Bring a capsicum and carrot ,clean and wash them so that dust will washed out.Now finely chop them and them at one place.


. Now bring Mayo in a plate. Add milk cream in it N.add chopped capsicum,carrot,Chaat masala and salt in it. Mix all stuff properly. This mixture should be creamy not dry.




 .Now bring a tava (griddle) on stove at medium flame. We can also make this sandwich in sandwich maker.But in this recipe I am cooking on griddle. When griddle starts heated up, then spread little bit butter on griddle. Now bring a slice of bread ,spread the Mayo stuff properly on it like in the picture.Now add second bread slice on it.



. Now put this bread sandwich on griddle to cook. When one side will cook then spread butter on second side and flip the sandwich.Cook both sides.

. Now switch off the gas. Cut this sandwich in two parts while going to serve.Serve with green coriander sauce or tomato sauce.

Tadke di Dal Khichdi

About

Dal Khichdi is a famous khichdi in Maharashtra.It is healthy and tasty dish.It is a light food item and is easy to prepare.

How to Cook Dal Khichdi

Preparation time-10 minutes

Cook time- 30 minutes

Served to- 4 person


Ingredients

. 250 gm rice(soaked for 10 minutes)(long grained rice)
. 100 gm tuar Dal
. 2 medium size tomatoes (finely chopped)
. 1 big onion (finely chopped)
. 3-4 green chillies (chopped)
. 12-15 garlic cloves(chopped)
. 12-15 curry leaves
. Coriender leaves (for garnish)
. 1/2 tablespoon crushed ginger
. 1/2 tablespoon garam masala
. 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
. 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
. 1/2 tablespoon dry coriander powder
. 2-3 dry red chilli powder
. 1/2 tablespoon mustard seeds
. A pinch of hing
. Salt as needed
. 1 big tablespoon ghee


Preparation

. Bring all chopped vegetables in a plate.Put them aside.

. Now Cook Dal in pressure cooker with 2 glass of water without adding salt and turmeric powder.Then put cooked Dal in a pan.

. Now cook rice in pressure cooker .Keep them aside.

Step by step process to Cook Dal Khichdi

. Bring a pan on the stove,add ghee in it.When ghee starts heated up add mustard seeds ,dry red chilli when seeds starts sizzle add hing and ginger in it.Now add garlic in it when garlic become golden then add curry leaves and onion green chilli in it.Stir untill onion become light golden.




. Now add tomato in it.Add turmeric powder in it.Mix all stuff properly for seconds.Now add red chilli powder,garam masala powder and dry coriander powder in it. Mix well for 1 minute at low flame.Now add cooked Dal in it mix well.



. Cook for 1-2 minutes then add cooked rice in it,mix properly.Add salt in it.Cook all stuff 2-3 minutes.That mixture should not be very liquid nor dry.Now switch off the gas.Garnish with coriender leaves.Now Dal Khichdi is ready to be served.Add extra ghee while going to serve.Serve with curd or papad.


Vegetables Poha

About

Poha is a dish which is known to be a healthy breakfast.But when we add vegetables in it,then the nutritional aspects will increase along with the taste aspect of it.
Poha is famous breakfast in Maharashtra and M.P.

How to Cook Vegetables Poha

Preparation time-10-12 minutes

Cook time-15 minutes

Served to -2-3 person


Ingredients

. 200 gm poha(flattered Rice)
. 1 Big onion (finely chopped)
. 1 cup cabbage (finely chopped)
. 1 capsicum ( finely chopped)
. 8-10 curry leaves
. 3-4 green chillies ( finely chopped)
. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
. 1 carrot (finely chopped)
. Coriender leaves (for garnishing)
. 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
. 1/2 tablespoon mustard seeds
. 1/2 bowl roasted peanuts
. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
. Sugar(1/2 tablespoon) or as needed
. Salt as needed

Preparation

. Bring all vegetables clean them so that dust and dirt will remove.Now chop vegetables and put in a plate.


. Bring flattered rice in a pan.soak and rinse them, then add sugar and salt in it.Rinse it till ,10 minutes before you cook.

. Bring roasted peanuts in a plate.

Step by step process to Cook Vegetables Poha

. Bring a pan on stove, add oil in it.When oil starts heated up ,add mustard seeds in it.When mustard seeds starts sizzle then add turmeric powder in it stir for seconds.Then add chopped onion and green chillies ,curry leaves in it.Stir them for 2-3 minutes at medium flame.


 . Now onion will become soft and light golden.Then add cabbage, carrot in it.Stir for 1 minute then add capsicum in it.Mix all stuff well.Cook for 3-4 minutes at medium flame.


. After that we will see vegetables will be cooked.Then add soaked flattered rice in it ,mix well.Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice and roasted peanuts in it.Mix all stuff and cook for 2-3 minutes.Now vegetables Poha is ready to be served. Garnish with coriender leaves.

Dal Tadka Dhaba style

Dal is low in calories and high in proteins. There are many types of dal ,all of which are good for health. Dal reduces heart disease.We can Cook dal in many ways like simple dal,masala dal,dal Tadka,dhaba style Dal Tadka.Now I will tell you how we can Cook Dal tadka dhaba style in easy way.

How to Cook Dal Tadka 

Preparation time-10 minutes

Cook time-15-20 minutes

Served to-4 person


Ingredients

. 1/2 cup tuar (Arhar Dal)
. 1/2 cup mung dal
. 1 tablespoon Cumin seeds
. 1 tablespoon mustard seeds
. 3-4 dry red chilli
. 1/2 tablespoon dry coriander powder
. 1/2 tablespoon garam masala
. A pinch of hing
. Salt as needed
. 2 tablespoon of ghee
. 2 medium size tomatoes (finely chopped)
. 2-3 green chillies (chopped)
. 1 big onion ( finely chopped)
. 7-8 garlic cloves ( chopped)
. 5-6 curry leaves
. Coriander leaves ( garnish)


Preparation

. Bring tuar Dal and mung Dal in pressure cooker,clean and wash them.Now add 2-3 glass of water in pressure cooker ,turmeric powder,salt in it .Close the pressure cooker and put them on stove.Switch off the stove after 2-3 whistle.

. After that open open the pressure cooker .Dal will be cooked.
. Bring all  chopped vegetables at one place.

Step by step process to Cook Dhaba style Dal Tadka

. Bring a pan on stove add 1 tablespoon ghee in it .When ghee starts heated up add mustard seeds,1/2 tablespoon cumin seeds,hing and 2 dry red chilli.
. When all ingredients  in pan starts sizzle,then add garlic in it fry untill light golden.After that add curry leaves, green chillies and onion in it.Stir untill color of onion become change (light golden).After that add red chilli powder, coriander powder,garam masala and tomato in it.Fry for 2-3 minutes.When tomato gets soft ,add pressure cooker prepared Dal in it.Mix well at medium flame.





. Cook for 5-7 minutes.Switch of the stove.Again we will preapre a tadka.Bring a pan add 2 tablespoon ghee in it when ghee heated up ,add 1/2 tablespoon cumin seeds and dry red chilli in it ,stir for seconds.switch off stove add this stuff on Dal tadka.This Tadka will increase the taste of Dal.Now garnish with coriander leaves.This is ready to serve.Serve with rice,zeera rice,chapati.
